Linear Bar Grilles are commonly found in facilities such as


offices, shopping centres, hotels and airports etc. for both
supply and exhaust purposes.

Our Bar Grilles are mainly used for cooling, heating and
ventilation application. The design enables the manipulating
the airflow orientation and thus creating the desired flow
profile.

Our Bar Grilles can cater for various mounting methods


and different types of sizes to handle the required air flow,
patterns, pressure drops and sounds levels.

in accordance to the recommendations of the Air Diffusion Council.

Equipped with both horizontal or/and vertical deflection
blades, the Single Deflection diffusers (LA-SD) have
adjustable flow pattern and throw length for supply air
applications.

Both horizontal and vertical blades can be easily adjust


manually without compromising the firmness of blade
positions.

FEATURES

Adjustable flow pattern and throw length are achieved


with horizontal blades directing the flow pattern and
vertical blades adjusting throw length and jet width.

Blades can be easily adjusted for individual needs and


optional accessories like opposed blade damper, volume
control damper and fan blade can be added upon request.

Our Return Egg Crate Grille is designed for return and
exhaust application.

With its large effective area, it is possible in obtaining


low noise and pressure loss and yet still preserving the
appearance of the grille. Our Return Egg Crate Grille is
highly effective in areas where high changeover rates
are needed.

APPLICATION
With wide range of flow deflection designs, Ceiling
Diffusers are capable of providing excellent air
distribution (horizontal/ angled/vertical throw) for a wide
range of operating conditions. By arranging blade vanes
in pre-determine orientation, ceiling diffuser is able to
create multidirectional air flow from a single outlet (1-4
different flow directions).

Equipping with a Double Deflection centre core, ceiling


diffuser is able to provide flexible direction of air
distribution and yet maintaining superb horizontal
distribution (for individual cooling and conventional
uniform zone cooling).

APPLICATION
The Round Diffuser has a versatile design to provide a
wide range of flow, ceiling height and supply temperature.
Due to its design, the Round Diffuser is suitable for use in
wide variety of buildings and applications. The multicore
design is mainly for high flow requirements and the single
plate/perforated core is mainly suited for high-end interior
designs, albeit lower flow.

The Round diffuser is also suited for both ceiling and


exposed duct installation. For switching between horizontal
and vertical throw, it is adjusted via rotation of the centre
core (clockwise/ anti-clockwise rotation). Due to the air flow
adjustment flexibility, the Round Diffuser is suitable for
use in individual, conventional uniform zone or with VAV
terminals.

APPLICATION
Suitable to operate with VAV system, the Swirl Diffuser can
operate over a wide range of varying airflow without effects
of dumping. Mainly used in areas with high heat loading
and high air change requirements, the Swirl Diffuser can
also be used for return and exhaust applications.

Air is introduced into an occupied space in a swirl vortex


motion, thus achieving high induction, high velocity and
temperature decay. This result in the supply air quickly to
mix with the room air, creating a uniform and comfortable
environment in the shortest time possible. Therefore with
its high induction effects, the Swirl Diffuser is capable of
eliminating drafts, stratification, concentrated cold areas.

APPLICATION
Commonly used in wide open spaces where duct work is not
possible but requiring proper ventilation, the Jet Diffuser
(JD) is able to deliver air to localised targeted area over large
distance up to 50m.

Depending on model type, the air flow direction is adjustable


in either one plane (2-way diffuser) or two planes (4-way
diffuser). With its aerodynamic design, the Jet Diffuser is
able to produces airflow at high outlet velocities without
compromising noise level.

With is fully rotatable centre core, the Jet Diffuser is able


to provide both the narrow and wide throw configurations
depending on the application requirements (the wider throw
provides better induction but at a shorter throw distance).

Offers a concealed means of air diffusion to suit all light-
fitting design. Fabricate to customise to suit light fitting. The
availability of the sizes width of 12mm, 20mm and 25mm
slot. For the side inlet will be standard for both single and
double sided model.

CONSTRUCTION

Used for supply or return application. Besides, it is efficient


for wide ranging temperature differentials. Ideally good usage
for diffusing large volumes of air whilst maintaining low sound
pressure levels.

Built in curved blade pattern controller which is adjustable from


the face of the troffer air slot to provide a consistent horizontal
air discharge pattern and volume control.

It is also available in 600mm and 1200mm lengths to suit


standard light fixture lengths. For side entry, collar will be oval
and for the top entry, it will be round.

area of about 50%.

With its opposed blade operation closing system, volume
control damper (LA-VCD) is designed for controlling air flow
and pressure in HVAC systems. Designed to operate with
opposed blade action (providing better aerodynamics),
volume control damper provides better balancing control or

Blades are formed from single skin construction with


grooved blade tips to produce an interlocking blade closure,
either via manual or automatic operation.
