With reference to the above cited subject, it is to intimate you that as per the instruction of the
Engileer-ln-Chief, RWS&S Odisha, Bhubaneswar (copy enclosed) restoration of roads after laying of
pipeline are taken up to their original condition within next 15 days and the same is to be reported to this
office. The deparlmental officers and Authority's Engineer are to ensure that its restored within 15 days.
Wherever roads are not restored within 15 days, FlRs shall be lodged against the concerned Agency by
this office and Disciplinary Proceedings will be drawn against the concerned field officers and
Authority's Engineer.

This sliould be treated as "MOST URGENT".
