Fluid Preparation and Application
Recommended Dilution Rates
Heavy Vehicle washing 15-20% in water
Light vehicle automotive washing 15-20% in water
Workshop floor cleaning 30-40% in water
Equipment parts degreasing 30-40% in water
Routine kitchen and janitorial cleaning 3% in water
Detergent Application
Spray Systems: Rinse the surface with water to remove loose and heaving soiling. Apply the recommended
concentration of the detergent in suitable water to the base of the surface to be cleaned, and work the foam up the
top, allowing fresh foam to reach all surfaces. Allow the foam to penetrate for up to 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly
from all surfaces with water. Light brushing may be required for very difficult or tenacious grime.
Vehicles: Allow up to 5 minutes for the detergent to penetrate and then rinse with clean water. Use a hand-held
spray, rotating brush system or manual cleaning.
Flooring: For heavily soiled areas, pour detergent directly onto soiled area and work into soil. Hose down and brush
off. For less heavily soiled areas, apply recommended dilution with a wet mop, and then rinse with water.
