Dear Exhibitor,
Welcome to Fire India, Safetyex, Disaster Response & Management
We trust you will have a successful and enjoyable exhibition. During the event, if you have any
queries of administrative nature please do not hesitate to come to the organizer's Office.
Please take note of the following:
Hall Opening Hours
Hall will be open at 8:00 am on the exhibition days for general cleaning, sanitization and
maintenance
Exhibition timings ( Opening Hours )
Thursday 25th Sept 2025, 10:00 am - 06:00 pm
Friday 26th Sept 2025, 10:00 am - 06:00 pm
Saturday 27th Sept 2025, 10:00 am - 06:00 pm
Access
Please follow instructions of the security personnel employed by organizers and Venue for
traffic regulations and guidance. Parking is absolutely prohibited outside the designated areas.
Exhibitor Badges must be worn at all times during the show days.
Safety
Please ensure that all your staff / contractors are adhering to the safety procedures, wearing
helmets/gloves/ shoes during the buildup day.
Security
The organizers will make all reasonable security arrangements but cannot take responsibility
for any loss or damages which may occur to the stand or to its exhibits. Exhibitors are
requested to take precautions against theft, be vigilant and fully insured. At no time should
your stand be left unattended during the show days.
Cleaning
General Cleaning will be carried out on all days of the show. However it is the responsibility of
the exhibitor to maintain cleanliness of the stand at all times.
Official Stand Contractor
The official stand contractor, Meroform has a Service Desk situated inside the Hall. For any
queries related to the shell scheme and electrical services, please contact the Service Desk.

In the event of an accident, please contact the organizer's office. A fully equipped ambulance
and medical supplies are available on-site.

Cafeteria
A range of refreshments and food will be available during the exhibition days (25th September
2025 to 27th September 2025) on a payable basis.

Exit permit/ Out Pass
No material will be allowed to be taken out of the venue by exhibitors without an exit Permit.
Dismantling period
The Exhibition will close at 18:00 hours on Saturday 27th September 2025 after which
exhibitors can start dismantling their stand. The power supply will be switched off one hour on
closure of the show. Exhibitors should not leave valuables unattended on their stand during
this period.
Please note it is strictly forbidden for exhibitors to dispose of chemicals in any waste outlets
on-site. Severe penalties will be levied on exhibitors found breaching this rule. ON NO
ACCOUNT MAY EXHIBITS OR STANDS BE DISMANTLED BEFORE 18.00 hours on
Saturday 27th September 2025. ALL DISPLAYS MUST BE REMOVED BY MIDNIGHT
