1. Covered Equipment:
 Specify which CCTV cameras, recording devices (NVR), and Hard Disk are covered under
the contract.

2. Preventive Maintenance

3. Troubleshooting and Repairs:


 Prompt response and troubleshooting in case of equipment malfunction or failure.
 Repairs or replacement of faulty components, including cameras, NVRs and Hard disk.

Service Levels and Support:


1. Response Times:
 Define response time for different types of issues (critical issues within 2 hour, non-
critical within 24 hours).
 Emergency support for urgent security incidents or system failures.

2. Technical Support:
 Availability of technical support during business hours and after-hours as specified.
 Contact points for reporting issues or requesting assistance.
