Where the contract of hire is for a journey at the fixed rate per km, if the total distance to the point of destination ‘exceeds One Hundred km {rom the starting point, the HIRER shall be entiied to be paid for the total distance to and from such destination PROVIDED THAT if the carriage be not occupied on the return journey the HIRER shall not be required to pay for more than One Hundred km of such retum journey. 6. Where a driver is required to wait he shall be entitled to charge the following rates: - For every additional hour after the first two hours. $2.00¢ 7. The Licensee shall ensure that at all times the said approved motor vehicle, while operating (carrying passengers for hte or regard) is driven by a person who is the holder of a valid Transport Authority Driver's badge 8.
