INTRODUCTION
This internship report presents the work experience and knowledge gained during the
internship period at A.G.V Farms Company, which focuses on both sales and production
activities in the agriculture and farm products industry. The report outlines the structure of
the company, its key functions, and the role I played during the internship from 25th May
2026 to 10th June 2026. It aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the production
processes, sales strategies, and real-time exposure to farm management practices.
OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY
1. To understand the production workflow in a farm-based company
You aimed to learn how farm products are grown and processed — starting from land
preparation to harvesting and handling after harvest.
2. To gain insights into the sales and distribution process
You wanted to see how farm products are sold — including how orders are taken, pricing is
set, and products are delivered to customers or markets.
3. To observe real-time agricultural operations and management
This means you observed the daily work in farming — like irrigation, use of machines, pest
control, and how farm staff manage the production.
4. To apply academic knowledge to real-world scenarios
You used what you studied in your BBA course — like business principles, marketing.
