This program focuses on repeated application of learned athletic skill to create mastery. We provide endless combinations of athletic skill training so competing in the game is effortless. Youth (Incoming 2nd grade and under)


9:00am - 10:30am Our Youth training camp is designed to improve the athletes coordination, confidence, and athletic ability . Each day will involve 45 - 60 minutes of drills and activities that focus on the foundation of athletic performance; running mechanics, speed, agility, and flexibility. Followed by, 30 minutes of games and contests including water balloons, obstacle courses, and much more!

Middle School (Incoming 6th 8th grade)


11:00am - 12:30pm The middle school age group is an important time to focus on progressing and maintaining athletic movement while an athletes body is developing. Athletes will participate in drills and competitions that teach good habits of athletic movement while refining and ingraining fundamental skills of speed, agility and power. This repeated rehearsal leads to permanent and positive athletic change that prepares the athlete for the next level of competition in their sport.

Our Facility

Junior (Incoming 3rd - 5th grade)


9:00am10:30am Our Junior division will consist of training that places a high priority on running mechanics. Each day will consist of drills and activities that work on athletic coordination, relative strength, and balance with an introduction to essential muscular movement patterns. The athletes will end each day with 30 minutes of games including flag football, knockout, capture the flag, and much more!
