Experience /
Qualifications  A high caliber MBA with minimum 6 – 8 years of prior
experience in Marketing function. Preferably having
experience in similar industry
 He / She should have a thorough understanding of the
drivers of the business and should have demonstrated the

competitive environment
 He / She should have established himself/herself with
proven achievement record of achievement of consistent

Job Would be responsible for:
Responsibilities  Meeting the sales / collection targets
 Controlling topline and bottomline activities
 Planning growth and expansion
 Managing Key Account Customers
 Costing, Negotiations for Conversion of Offers into
Orders.
 All level support in Enquiry processing, Schedule follow
up, Documentation, and Correspondence with Clients.
 Applying for online tenders, submitting offers and
quotations.
 Prepare and Achieve Marketing strategy
 Advertising, website handling, banners and online
promotions with Innovative Ideas
 Participate and Represent Company in Various
Exhibitions at National Level.
 Product level Promotions
 Brand Management
 Lead and develop Product Roadmap while aligning to
market trends and competitive product positioning
 Establish and deploy robust requirement-gathering
processes to define product requirements as well as build
continuous feedback Proactively identify issues impacting
the product line and recommend next steps/solutions
 Redesigning and reverse engineering under-performing
features and functionalities leading to increased product
acceptance and adoption by customers
 Developing accurate content for Product Process design
and Reverse Engineering
 Identifying risks during requirement, planning, design &
testing Decomposing abstract into details
 Retail and Institutional Sales Management
 Learn, Implement best practices and keep team ahead of
competition always
 Monitoring competitors activities and Analysis
 Manage Revenue Generation,
 Create, Lead, Guide and Maintain Highly Analytical,
Motivated and Result Oriented sales and service and
marketing team.
 Budgeting
 Payment follow-ups and other administrative activities
 Developing and maintaining long term Customer
Relations to understand and scrutinize their needs.
 Adherance to stringent regulations and industry
standards and Maintain high Ethics and Morals and Lead
