1.Tell me about yourself.

Hi My name is Rebate, Justine M. 22 years old currently living in Antipolo City, Rizal. I am
Fresh Graduate from Rizal Technological University major in Office Administration.
I have some experience working in different fields. I became an intern as receptionist at
Semicon Building Corp. wherein we’re responsible for Answering and transferring phone calls to
the correct department, taking messages, and returning missed calls and Receiving visitors at
the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately and it was
part of our duty and assist them during ocular. I also have experience under the govt. at 1st
Congressional District Office under social service unit. We directly communicating to clients by
catering their needs through conducting an interview and inputting their information and type
of support on the data base as well as sorting and liquidating documents for DSWD records and
release of assistance.
In addition, I am optimistic and can handle multi-tasking I am aiming to utilize my skills
effectively as well as unlock new capabilities and experiences through the help of my
unwavering dedication and willingness to accept new learnings for further growth.

2.Why should I hire you?


For a start I’m confident in my ability to not just fit in nicely, but also inspire other. If I’m
hired, I will provide tremendous support and growth to achieve organizational goals.
As a recent graduate with a strong academic background I'm excited about the
opportunity to learn and contribute to your company. My enthusiasm for combined with my
ability to quickly grasp new concepts and my willingness to take on challenges make me a
great fit for this entry-level role. I'm confident that I can bring fresh perspectives and a strong
work ethic to your team while actively seeking to grow and develop my skills within your

3. What are your weaknesses?
Since I'm fresh out of college, my biggest weakness is probably my limited hands-on experience in
specific industry. However, I'm very enthusiastic about learning and eager to learn to bridge that gap and
quickly get up to speed.

4.What are your strengths?


My Strengths is I'm a self-motivated person and have a positive attitude, I'm never afraid of any
situation and conditions and I accept any challenges. and also my strong desire to learn and grow. I am
always proactive in seeking new knowledge and readily adapt to new technologies, which will be
valuable in this role

5.Why do you want to work with our company?


I am passionate about providing a customer service experience that leaves the customer smiling
and means that they are more likely to return. I’m eager to work for this company because I believe it
offers excellent career development opportunities. I want to work here because I’ve heard great things
about the company culture and the supportive work environment. I believe that working in a positive
and collaborative atmosphere will allow me to perform at my best and contribute meaningfully to the
team.
6.WHAT IS YOUR SALARY EXPECTATIONS?
I'm very interested in this opportunity and am open to discussing a competitive salary that aligns
with my experience and the responsibilities of the role. I'm looking for a competitive salary that
reflects my qualifications and experience.

7.What is your career goal?


At this stage of my career, my main goal is to gain hands-on experience and develop a strong

I I love being able to help customers with their problems, and I always look forward to the
opportunity to assist a customer who may be upset.

I applied for this position because I am seeking a more challenging opportunity in my field. Your

10.Describe a time you had to deal with a difficult situation. How did you handle it?
I was once in a situation where a client was applying for their assistance but on that day it was
cut off . They were yelling and demanding. I remained calm and professional in this situation. I
assured them that I'd do everything possible to help resolve the issue. I spoke with them and try to
understand their situation and explained everything when will be the continuous or opening for the
application for assistance.

11.Tell me about a time you worked with a team to complete a project. What was your role?
In my last job, I worked on a team of four people. We had to interview the people who needs
assistance, and filling the papers because we need to finish it and inserting it before releasing the
assistance.

12.How do you handle feedback and criticism by your supervisor and colleagues?
Accept criticism as feedback and stay calm Smile and nod. Breathe. Just agree, and ponder
over it later.

13.How do you work under pressure?


When faced with unexpected changes in a project scope, I quickly adapted by re-evaluating
priorities, delegating tasks effectively, and maintaining open communication with clients to ensure
a smooth transition.

14.How do you handle stress?


When dealing with pressure and stress, I take a moment to prioritize what I have going on.
Pressure to perform well is a good kind of pressure as long as I do not allow it to become negative
stress. I prioritize what is truly most important and focus on getting that done and done well.
15. What motivates you?
I'm motivated by the chance to continuously learn new skills and expand my knowledge
base, which allows me to stay ahead in a fast-paced industry.

16. What would you do if you weren’t able to keep up with the assigned workload?
I would start by organizing the tasks from most important to least, and then I would begin
working on the most important task. If there were any tasks I could delegate to other capable
individuals, I would not be afraid to ask for assistance.

17. What will you do if you ever commit a huge mistake at work?
Consider giving to a manager a brief apology such as, "I've made a mistake. However, I'm
working to resolve the issue."

18. Where do you see yourself in the future?


I see myself as an integral part of the company who has helped contribute to the growth
and success of the organization. I would like to continue developing my skills and knowledge
in order to be able to take on more responsibility within the company.
