titled SLEEP HOURS AND ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE as part of our academic
requirement in Statistics and Probability.
We are writing to formally request your consent to allow us to take approximately 10–15
minutes of your class time to administer a survey. This will be scheduled at a time most convenient
for you and your students, ensuring minimal disruption to your class activities. Please be assured
that all information gathered during this study will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and
will be used solely for academic purposes. Participation in the study is completely voluntary, and
