because there is also time for rest and leisure, which helps maintain balance.

∙LACK OF MOTIVATION-Feeling lazy or uninterested in studying can make it difficult to
stick to the plan.
∙POOR TIME MANAGEMENT- Not having a proper schedule or procrastinating can
lead to unfinished tasks.
