I will be responsible for any discrepancy arising out of the form signed by me and I under take that, in absence of
any document the Final Admission will not be granted and/or the admission will stand cancelled.

2.I have read all the rules and regulations at present in force, and hereby agree, if admitted shall keep myself
update and will confirm to them and to such other rules as may be made hereafter.

3.I promise that, while I am a student of the College, I shall do nothing to obstruct or interfere in any way with its
discipline, and that I shall devote my entire attention to the furtherance of my studies.

4.I also promise that I shall inform the Principal in writing in case I decide to discontinue my education or change the
College in the middle of the year.

5.I assure that I shall take all sincere efforts and complete the assignments for Internal Examinations on time as
suggested by the Faculties. In case of any default, I shall be responsible for the same with no further grievances.

6.If admission is granted to me, I shall pay the fees as per the rules/revised rules by concerned authorities.

regulations.

REFUND RULES:
As per Circular No. UG/412 of 2008 (dated 11th September 2008) of University of Mumbai. If students fail to fulfil
the passing criteria prescribed by University of Mumbai, they will be discontinued from attending college till the
time they fulfil the same. Fees paid by such student can be carried forward or refunded. In this connection, student
must contact College Office.

Students belonging to EBC /Students seeking admission under Reserved Category mentioned against their name are
instructed to fill in the Freeship / Scholarship Forms immediately after College reopens along with Income Certificate
(from Tehilsdar's Office), Domicile Certificate (from Tehsildar's Office) and other necessary documents failing which
they will have to pay full fees (that are applicable for General Category).
