construction of structures across the diverse markets of Canada, India and United Arab Emirates. His
extensive knowledge includes designing buildings made of concrete, steel, masonry, and wood. His
experience includes everything from single-family homes to tall structures, retail malls and multiplexes,
recreation areas, hotels, educational and institutional facilities, warehouses, complicated renovations, etc.

Girish Dravid, with over 40 years of experience, has led structural engineering projects for tall buildings,
office and residential complexes, luxury hotels, hospitals, educational institutions, infrastructure buildings,
industrial plants, sports facilities, data centres, malls, and other challenging structures across India and
Asia. He has collaborated with top architects, engineers, and consultants to provide structural solutions
meeting diverse architectural styles and international design codes. Known for his functional, construction-
friendly, and optimized structural designs, Dravid has served prominent developers, corporates, and
authorities.
He is the founder and current Chairman of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat India Chapter,
contributing to global research and knowledge dissemination. He is also on the Expert Review Panels of
Mumbai and Haryana, reviewing tall building designs as per the IS 16700 code. Dravid holds a Civil
Engineering degree (1981) and a postgraduate degree in Structural Engineering (1983) from IIT Bombay.

Gilbert Raynard is a seasoned Structural Engineer renowned for his meticulous approach, brings extensive

and developers, fostering long-term collaborations. With over four decades at RJC Engineers, Gilbert has
designed 140 high-rise buildings across the USA, Canada, and India, and contributed globally in Australia,
Hong Kong, Germany, and Japan. His portfolio includes seismic upgrades of historic buildings and school

A University of British Columbia graduate, he began his career at RJC Engineers and spent 44 years with
them including 34 years as Principal and 6 years as Director. Currently serving as Principal Emeritus at RJC
