Letter of Undertaking for Internal Hackathon by student and parents
Sir/Madam,
I Priyanshi Neema Roll no. 0818CS221148 And pursuing a course of study in Computer Science And
Engineering Branch), & 6th semester do solemnly declare that I have with the express consent of my parents
voluntarily and willingly and out of my free will have signed up for the Internal Hackathon from 7/4/2025 -
8/4/2025 (dates) that is at IIST, Indore campus.
I hereby agree and confirm to abide by the terms and conditions set out by the institute for the Internal Hackathon
2025.
I further declare and confirm that the institute shall not be held responsible for any of the following event
occurring by/to me: any misfortune or loss of property (personal belongings) or accidents resulting in permanent
or temporary, total or partial disablement or major or minor injury or injuries or fatality during this hackathon.
I shall undertake full responsibility for all the consequences caused by me that any other person or body suffer any
personal injuries and/or damage to property as a result of any negligence or act of omission or commission willful
or otherwise during the course of internal hackathon.
I further declare that I will not be involved or consume liquor/alcohol/smoking/hookah or any kind of such
activities. If found involved in any of such activities directly or indirectly than I am liable for strict
disciplinary action to be taken against me, and I would abide by this condition.
I shall indemnify and keep indemnified the institute against any liability, demand, claim, loss or lawsuit in respect
of personal injuries to me and/ or anybody and/or property damage arising out of or caused by negligent or act of
omission or commission willful or otherwise during the course of hackathon.
I shall undertake to uphold the high reputation of the institute and abide by the code of conduct of the institute,
and all other relevant rules and regulations at all times during the course of hackathon.
I further assure and confirm that I shall never deviate from the set program and schedule and should I do so, I
understand that I am liable to be discharged from the institute.
For Parents: We here by state that we have no objection if our ward participate in 24 Hours Internal Hackathon
that is on 7 April 2025 (11 AM onwards) to 8 April 2025 (till end of jury round).
