environments. I am looking forward to applying these skills in a professional
setting and contributing to organizational growth.

I am interested in an HR role because I believe people are the biggest asset of
any company. HR gives me an opportunity to connect with employees,
understand their needs, and help them grow while contributing to the
success of the organization and
What excites me most is that HR is not just about policies, but also about
creating a culture where employees feel valued and motivated. This balance
of people-focus and business-focus is what makes me passionate about
pursuing HR.

3. What HR skills do you bring as a fresher?

“As a fresher, I bring strong communication skills, problem-solving ability,
empathy, and adaptability. I am also organized and detail-oriented, which
helps in tasks like recruitment, documentation, and employee engagement. I
may not have much experience yet, but I am eager to learn and grow quickly
in the HR field.”

4. Why should we hire you?

“You should hire me because I bring strong people skills, eagerness to learn,
and dedication to building a positive work environment. Even though I am a
fresher, I am quick to adapt, willing to take responsibility, and motivated to
contribute to the company’s HR objectives.”

5. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

“In 5 years, I see myself growing into a professional HR specialist, handling
responsibilities like recruitment, training, and employee engagement
independently. My goal is to become someone who not only manages
processes but also contributes to creating a strong and positive organizational
culture.”

6. RECRUITMENT
Recruitment is the process of finding and hiring the right people for the right
job at the right time. It starts with identifying job vacancies, attracting
candidates through different sources like job portals, referrals, social media,
or campus drives, and then shortlisting and interviewing them. The main goal
of recruitment is not just to fill the position quickly, but to ensure the
candidate fits well with the role and the company culture. In short,
recruitment is about building a strong team that helps the organization grow.
“I like recruitment because it allows me to interact with different people,
understand their skills, and match them with the right opportunities

7. What are your strengths that suit HR?

“My strengths are communication, empathy, and problem-solving. I can
connect with people easily, listen to their concerns, and work towards fair
solutions. I am also organized and detail-oriented, which helps in handling
processes like recruitment and documentation.”

8. What are your weaknesses?

“Sometimes I focus too much on details, which slows me down, but I am
learning to balance speed with accuracy. I also tend to be reserved initially in
new environments, but once I adjust, I engage well with people.”

9.. How will you handle a conflict between two employees?

“I would first listen to both sides separately to understand the issue clearly.
Then I would bring them together for a discussion, encourage open
communication, and try to find a fair solution that works for both and aligns
with company policies. The goal would be to resolve the conflict
professionally without affecting work

10. INTRENSHIP EXP

During my internship as an HR Intern at Devtown, my role mainly involved
connecting with the given leads through calls and messages to ensure that
they completed the tasks for which they had enrolled. I was responsible for
achieving the target of a 50% task completion threshold, which I successfully
met through regular follow-ups and effective communication. This experience
helped me enhance my communication, persuasion, and people management
skills, while also teaching me the importance of working in a target-driven
environment. I learned how to maintain professionalism while motivating
individuals, improved my ability to manage deadlines, and gained valuable
exposure to coordination and follow-up strategies, which strengthened my
confidence in handling HR responsibilities

During my internship as a Marketing Intern at RDC Concrete, my primary

responsibility was to connect with potential leads through calls and gather
useful information relevant to the company’s marketing activities. This
involved engaging with customers, understanding their requirements, and
recording accurate data to support business development. The role helped
me enhance my communication and data collection skills, while also giving
me exposure to how lead generation and market research contribute to a
company’s growth. I learned the importance of active listening, professional
interaction, and attention to detail, which improved my ability to handle
customer-facing tasks and strengthened my understanding of practical
marketing operations

During my internship at Nblik as an HR Intern, my role involved conducting

interviews of shortlisted candidates and evaluating them based on
predefined criteria to support the selection process. After the interview
stage, I was also responsible for document verification of the selected
candidates to ensure accuracy and compliance before onboarding. This
experience enhanced my interviewing, evaluation, and decision-making skills,
while also helping me understand the importance of maintaining accuracy in
HR documentation. I learned how to interact with candidates professionally,
assess their suitability for roles, and manage the recruitment cycle effectively,
which strengthened my practical understanding of HR operations..

11. SITUATION BASED

My daily routine is quite structured and helps me stay balanced. I usually
start my morning early with light exercise or a walk, followed by a healthy
breakfast. After that, I plan my day by listing out important tasks so I can stay
organized.
During the day, I focus on productive activities—like reading, learning
something new, or working on personal development. I also make sure to
take short breaks in between to stay fresh and avoid fatigue. In the
afternoon, I spend time on activities that help me grow, such as reading
articles, practicing communication skills, or exploring new topics of interest.
Evenings are usually my time to relax and spend with family or friends, which
keeps me positive and motivated. Before going to bed, I like to reflect on how
my day went and set small goals for the next day nd try to sleep on time so
that I can wake up fresh and focused the next morning.”
This routine keeps me active, disciplined, and consistent in whatever I do.”

How will convience your parents for your dream job

I would first talk to them openly and share why I really want to do it. I would
explain what excites me about the job and how it suits my skills and interests.
Since parents mostly worry about stability and future security, I would show
them that this career has good growth and that I have thought about it
carefully. I would also listen to their concerns and try to answer them
patiently so they feel confident about my choice. if I show them my
commitment, I believe they will definitely support me

If you have scheduled a interview but the candidate didnt showed up then
how will you convience him and what will you do in this situation
, I would first try to reach out to them politely through a call or message to
understand the reason. Sometimes there may be genuine issues like health
problems, emergencies, or miscommunication, so I would listen patiently. If
the reason is valid, I would try to reschedule the interview at a convenient
time for both the candidate and the company.
At the same time, I would politely remind the candidate about the
importance of being punctual and committed, since it reflects their
professionalism. If the candidate is not responsive or repeatedly misses, I
would inform my senior or hiring manager and move forward with other
applicants.

If your interviewer has asked you to reach 15 min earlier so when will you
reach or what is the ideal time for you to reach to the location of interview
If my interviewer has asked me to reach 15 minutes earlier, I will make sure
to arrive at the location around 20–25 minutes before the scheduled time.
This gives me a buffer in case of traffic or any unexpected delays, and ensures
that I am at the reception or waiting area at least 15 minutes before the
interview, as instructed. I believe being early shows punctuality, discipline,
and respect for the interviewer’s time.
Arriving a little early also helps me settle down, gather my thoughts, and
appear calm and confident during the interview instead of feeling rushed. I
always prefer to be safely early rather than risk being late.
