Soccer: A game between two teams of 11 players trying to

score goals by kicking a ball into the opponent’s net.

Basketball: Two teams of 5 players try to score points by


shooting a ball into a hoop.

Baseball: A game where two teams alternate between


batting and fielding, aiming to score runs by running
bases.

Rugby: A contact sport where two teams try to carry or


pass the ball to the opponent’s goal area.

Tennis: A sport where two or four players hit a ball with


rackets over a net onto the opponent’s court.

Ping pong: A smaller version of tennis played on a table


with paddles and a lightweight ball.
Volleyball: Two teams of six players separated by a net
try to send the ball to the opponent’s side without
letting it touch the ground.

Karate: A martial art involving punches and kicks for self-


defense and competition.

Boxing: A combat sport where two people fight inside a


ring using gloves to punch each other.

Bowling: A game where players roll a heavy ball to


knock down ten pins arranged in a triangle.

Archery: A precision sport involving shooting arrows at


a target with a bow.

BMX: Extreme cycling sport involving racing and


performing tricks on small, sturdy bikes.

Fishing: The activity or sport of catching fish using


rods or nets.

Gymnastics: Sports involving strength, flexibility, and


acrobatic skills in various routines.
