Importing planner/notebook to any PDF annotation app (Goodnotes, Notability,
Xodo, etc.
1. Open up your note taking app
2. Tap on import icon
3. Choose files from the pop up menu or your desired location.
4. Select ‘import/create as a new document’.
Copy and paste paper template in GoodNotes
1. In the upper right corner, tap the three dots , then tap ‘Copy Pages’.
2. To paste the previously copied page, tap ‘add page’ icon.
3. Then select ‘paste’.
Importing pre-cropped.goodnotes file to Goodnotes
If you are a Goodnotes user, you are able to import the .goodnotes file into
GoodNotes, then easily for copy & paste individual stickers straight from the
page and use it to your liking.
There a way to import the file to Goodnotes:
1. Open the Goodnotes app.
2. Tap the ‘+ New’ icon.
3. Select import
4. Locate your downloaded file in files app or cloud storage.
5. Click on it to import to Goodnotes.
Using the pre-cropped stickers:
1. Select the Lasso tool from the menu bar.
2. Draw a rough selection around or on the sticker of your choice.
3. Tap on the selection, then select Copy.
4. Go to the desired page in your planner.
5. While still using the lasso tool, tap and hold any where on that page, the select
Paste from the pop-up menu.
Quickly bulk import individual PNGs to Goodnotes using Elements Collections
1. To enable the Elements Tool, you must update Goodnotes to the latest
version.
2. Open up files in split view and locate the folder which contains your PNG
sticker.
3. Select the Element tool from the menu bar.
4. Tap the ‘+’ icon.
5. In the files app, tap on the 3 dots inside the circle in the upper right. A menu
will open - choose the ‘Select’ option. This will allow you to click and drag to
select all the files inside the folder.
6. Drag it over to the Goodnotes New collection, then tap ‘Create’.,
Importing stickynote.collection file to GoodNotes element
1. Select the ‘element tool’ from the
menu bar.
2. Tap ‘+’ icon.
3. Select ‘import from…’ then choose
the ‘.collection’ file.ceases
4. Tap ‘create’.
Importing individual PNGs to PDF annotation app (GoodNotes, Notability, Xodo,
Noteshelf, etc) via the drag & drop method
1. Open up your planner page you want to add a sticker to.
2. Open up files in split view and locate the folder which contains your PNG
sticker.
3. Tap and hold the desired image and drag it over to your planner page.
Add new font
1. First, download the free iFont app from Appstore for Apple user and
PlayStore for Android user.
2. Open the app and tap ‘Import’ in the upper left corner.
3. Select the font you want from your files. (First, you must unzip the font
file)
4. The new font will appear at iFont on the left, then tap ‘Install’. Confirm
possible popups and the go to your device settings (iFont has a little
guide for this otherwise). There you have to confirm te loaded profile by
clicking on ‘Install’ in the upper right corner.
5. Go back to iFont, you will see that your font is now installed.
