UNIT DESCRIPTION
Corporate finance is a core subject for the Bachelor of Banking and Finance program,
which provides the fundamentals of corporate finance to make three important financial
management decisions: investment decisions, financing decisions, and working capital
management. This knowledge will be beneficial for students to continue to study
specialized subjects and complete the actual job after graduation.
UNIT OBJECTIVES
Analyze knowledge related to 3 main decisions in corporate finance.
Apply appropriate approaches and models used in corporate finance.
Develop teamwork ability and individual skills.

LEARNING & TEACHING STRATEGIES
The method of teaching will be learner-centred and will incorporate lectures,
individual reading, and small group discussions
