NV5 : Existing system : Louver : 3000x2400 for 20400 L/s
New system : SEF 1-J-C-1 : 12450L/s
SEF G-W-A-2 : 8800L/s
Total : 21250L/s (104% of existing)

2. New chilled and heating water calculation, including impact to existing pipeline
NV5 : Chilled water : (no included kitchen equipment as no information)
Left side AHU RM-04:
Existing : 250mm pipe, 95.8 L/s 123
Additional cooling load : PA : 8191L/s(air), 506.2kw, 20.09 L/s(water)
FCU(Hot Pot) : 1.85 L/s (water)
Total additional water flow : 20.09+1.85 = 21.94L/s
Total water flow : 95.8 + 21.94 = 117.74 L/s < 123L/s (250mm pipe)
Right sit AHU RM-06:
Existing : 125mm pipe, 19L/s 25
Additional cooling load : PA : 1965L/s(air), 121.44kw, 4.82 L/s(water)
Total additional water flow : 4.82L/s
Total water flow : 19+4.82 = 23.82 L/s < 25L/s (125mm pipe)
Heating water :
Left side AHU RM-04:
Existing : 150mm pipe, 17.3 L/s
Additional heating load : PA : 140.91KW , 4.21L/s
Total additional water flow : 4.21 L/s
Total water flow :17.3+ 4.21 = 21.51 L/s < 40.5L/s (150mm pipe)
Right sit AHU RM-06:
Existing : 100mm pipe, 12.23 L/s
Additional cooling load : PA : 33.81KW, 1.01L/s
Total additional water flow : 1.01L/s
Total water flow : 12.23+1.01 = 13.24 L/s < 13.9L/s (100mm pipe)

3. CDP drain pipe check for new PAUs

NV5 : Left side AHU RM-04: Connect to 150mm CDP serving 3nos. of AHU and 1 additional PAU

total : 1130 kw (321 ton)

Right sit AHU RM-06: Connect to 80mm CDP serving 2nos. of AHU and 1 additional PAU

total : 500.22 kw (143 ton)


4. Accessibility study:

NV5: VAV boxes will be in BOH areas wherever possible and we propose preliminary locations for
the coordination based on the current information.

5.Smoking room calculations:

6. Smoke Control calculation

NV5: See Attachment (Smoke Exhaust Calcs.pdf and Using base-built calculation data to assumed
door size)

7. Kitchen and dining pressure cascade calculation

NV5: Kitchen will keep 90% supply of exhaust air

Hot pot dining : keep 0.1m/s air velocity from Gaming area to dining area opening (no wall)

Total 2500L/s exhaust and 480 L/s PA to FCU

Velocity : total flow / opening area : (2.5-0.48)/(5*4) = 0.101m/s

8. Private salon odor control proposal

NV5: As no addition exhaust for those area, recommended to use portable smell odor removal
machine (ex: https://airpurification.com.hk/pdf/seriesRA_tc.pdf)
