 Position: HVAC FOREMAN.
 Duration: Jan 2022 to till today.
 Maintain, repair, replace or modification of All Type cooling Equipment, refrigeration Units, VAV & CAV VRV,DX unit, Package unit, malty Split
systems, AHU and FCU systems, condensers, evaporators, Window and Split A/C, cooling towers .
 Must possess an EPA Certification; uses Refrigerant Recovery and Reclaim protocol and procedures to maintain EPA complaint.
 Gives input in the preparation of work reports – Daily reports, Equipment failure reports, Incident / Accident reports to Supervisor.
 Fill up and complete the Maintenance report in order.
 After completion, asks the Tenant to sign off on the Report as confirmation that the equipment in fixed.
 Submit the completed form to the Supervisor for reference and action.
 Review work orders and determine priorities in consultation with Operation and Maintenance Planning.
