LEARNING AGREEMENT (LA)
The Learning Agreement is the core document of your mobility!

The approval of the LA through the International Mobility Offices at UniBO guarantees that you are allowed
to attend the courses you have chosen.
It is compulsory for Erasmus+ student and may be optional for other exchange programmes, but you still
have to submit a list of the courses you wish to attend to the International Mobility Offices for its approval.

HOW?

➢ If you are an Erasmus+ student and your home University manages the Digital Learning Agreement
(DLA) via Erasmus Without Paper (EWP), you need to follow the instructions you receive from your
home university (and you must use your home university credentials)
➢ If you cannot use EWP or you are a non-Erasmus+ student, you have to upload your Learning
Agreement on AlmaRM. You will be notified of the approval/refusal of your LA via email to your
@studio.unibo.it mailbox
➢ If based on your mobility programme, you are not enabled to upload your LA to AlmaRM, you must send
the list of courses you wish to attend to the International Mobility Offices by email

ACCOMMODATION

can be difficult, especially for short periods, i.e. less than 12 months.

Start looking for accommodation well in advance!

international students in finding accommodation in Bologna and it offers
contractual advice in negotiating rental contracts.
Sign up with SAIS well in advance and search for an accommodation
before arriving in Bologna.
