 1. 申請流程 APPLICATION PROCEDURES

請確認你是否符合外國學生申請資格，請參閱【申請資格】。
步驟一
Please make sure you are eligible to apply for admission as an international student.

臺北科大共開放秋、春兩季外國學生入學申請，請確認你欲申請的系所及學位是
否開放，請參閱【招生系所資訊】。
步驟二
International students may apply for admission of Fall and Spring Intake. Please

請於 2 月 1 日至 4 月 30 間，到「臺北科大外籍生線上申請系統」完成線上申請。
步驟三
Please complete online application at Taipei Tech Online Application System between

當申請送出後，我們會在兩個禮拜內完成資料初審，並寄送電子郵件告知，如沒

 2. 申請資格 WHO CAN APPLY

2.1 身分規定 Applicant’s Identity

請務必完成學生身分資格測驗，確認你是否符合以外國學生身分申請本校。
Please make sure you are eligible to apply for admission as an international student by doing Student
Status Eligibility Check.

依據外國學生來臺就學辦法，你必須符合下列其一身份，方可以外國學生身份申請本校：
According to International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan, you must meet ONE of the following
requirements in order to apply for admission as an international student in Taiwan:

1. 具外國國籍且未曾具有中華民國國籍，於申請時並不具僑生資格者
A person of foreign nationality who has NEVER held Republic of China (Taiwan, R.O.C.) nationality
and who does NOT have Overseas Chinese student status at the time of the application

2. 申請時兼具中華民國國籍者，但自始未曾在臺設有戶籍，申請時並已連續居留海外（不含香港、
澳門及大陸地區）六年以上者（每曆年在臺灣停留時間不超過 120 日）。
A person who holds both foreign and the R.O.C nationality but has never held household registration
in Taiwan. At the time of his/her application, he/she should have resided overseas (excluding Hong
Kong, Macau, and Mainland China) continuously for no less than 6 years; his/her stays in Taiwan per
calendar year should not exceed a total of 120 days either

3. 申請前曾兼具中華民國國籍，於申請時已不具中華民國國籍者，應自內政部許可喪失中華民國
國籍之日起至申請時已滿八年，申請時並已連續居留海外（不含香港、澳門及大陸地區）六年以
上者（每曆年在臺灣停留時間不超過 120 日）。
A person who previously held R.O.C. nationality, but who, at the time of application, has already given
up the nationality, which shall have been annulled by the Ministry of the Interior for no less than 8
years. At the time of his/her application, an individual of this kind should have resided overseas
(excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China) continuously for no less than 6 years; his/her
stays in Taiwan per calendar year should not exceed a total of 120 days either.

4. 具外國國籍，兼具香港或澳門永久居留資格，且未曾在臺設有戶籍，申請時於香港、澳門或海外
（不含大陸地區）連續居留滿六年以上者（每曆年在臺灣停留時間不超過 120 日）。
An applicant of foreign nationality, concurrently holding permanent residence status in Hong Kong
or Macao, having no history of a household registration record in Taiwan, and at the time of
application, has resided in Hong Kong, Macao or another foreign country (excluding Mainland China)
for no less than 6 years and whose stays in Taiwan per calendar year do not exceed a total of 120 days.

5. 曾為大陸地區人民且具外國國籍，且未曾在臺設有戶籍，申請時已連續居留海外（不含香港、澳
門及大陸地區）六年以上者（每曆年在臺灣停留時間不超過 120 日）。
An applicant being a former citizen of Mainland China and who holds foreign nationality, having no
history of household registration records in Taiwan, and at the time of application, has resided
overseas (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China) continuously for no less than 6 years,
and whose stays in Taiwan per calendar year do not exceed a total of 120 days.

【中華民國國籍法】第二條：
有下列各款情形之一者，屬中華民國國籍。
一、出生時父或母為中華民國國籍
二、出生於父或母死亡後，其父或母死亡時為中華民國國民。
三、出生於中華民國領域內，父母均無可考，或均無國籍者。
四、歸化者。

Article 2 of the “Nationality Act”:

A person shall have the nationality of the R.O.C. under any of the conditions provided by the
following subparagraphs:
1. His/her father or mother was a national of the R.O.C. when he/she was born.
2. He/she was born after the death of his/her father or mother, and his/her father or mother
was a national of the R.O.C. at the time of death.
3. He/she was born in the territory of the R.O.C., and his/her parents can’t be ascertained or
both were stateless persons.
4. He/she has undergone the naturalization process.

2.2 學歷規定 Applicant’s Academic Credentials
1. 須符合教育部採認規定之高中、大學或獨立學院畢業（請參考教育部網站），畢（肄）業學校應
為已列入參考名冊者；未列入參考名冊者，應為當地國政府學校權責機關或其認定之教育專業
評鑑團體所認可。
Applicants must have graduated from a high school, college/university, or an educational institute
that is either certified by Taiwan’s MOE (please refer to the website of the Department of International
and Cross-Strait Education, MOE) or has been accredited by an organization authorized by the
government where it is located.
若持有大陸學歷者，請確實審查是否符合為教育部訂定大陸地區學歷採證辦法第 7 條及第 8
條規定者。
Applicants who hold the degrees from Mainland, please do re-evaluate whether the degree certificates
match the standard set by 大陸地區學歷採證辦法 Article 7 and Article 8.

2. 具國外高中學歷者，得申請入學本校學士班；具學士學位者，得申請入學本校碩士班；具碩士學
位者，得申請入學本校博士班。
Applicants who apply for an undergraduate program must hold a certificate of graduation obtained
from a certified foreign high school; applicants who apply for a Master’s program must hold a
Bachelor’s degree obtained from a certified college/university; applicants who apply for a Ph.D.
program must hold a Master’s degree.

3. 如你曾因學校操行、學業成績不及格或因犯刑事案件經判刑確定致遭退學，則不得申請入學。
An international student who has been dismissed by the educational institution as a result of
unsatisfactory conduct or of a conviction in criminal case proceedings is NOT permitted to apply for
admission to another university or tertiary college.

違反以上規定並經查證屬實者，撤銷其入學資格或開除學籍。
Violations of the above qualifications will result in immediate cancellation of the applicant’s admission
or the deprivation of the applicant’s recognized status as Taipei Tech registered student, or revocation
of applicant’s Taipei Tech’s diploma. NO academic certificate will be given.

Please visit Taipei Tech OIA’s website and click “Online Application” to start the application process.

5. 申請費用 APPLICATION FEE

無申請費用。

 6. 申請文件 WHAT TO SUBMIT

所有申請文件皆須於申請截止日前上傳至線上申請系統，透過電郵寄送之申請文件將不被接受。
All the required documents should be uploaded to the Online Application System by deadline. Any
documents submitted by email will not be processed.

申請學士班、碩士班及博士班，需分別檢附高中畢業證書、大學畢業證書
及碩士畢業證書。畢業證書如非中文或英文，需附上經公證之中或英文
譯本。應屆畢業生可上傳在學證明。
Applicants applying for Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD programs should submit

申請本校華語獎學金之新生，需於開學前提供以下任一華語證明：
(1) 華語文能力測驗（TOCFL）B 級（含）以上成績或證書。

Scholarship The number of awards granted each academic year is set at 26 as a principle for the
Quota entire school. Winners are selected by the Scholarship Review Committee. If there are

 10. 住宿申請 DORMITORY

秋季班境外新生皆保障第一、二年之宿舍床位，自第三年起將以抽籤方式決定住宿床位。
New students Fall semester are eligible to apply to reside at Taipei Tech Dormitories for the first 2 years.
Residence spaces at Taipei Tech Dormitories from the 3rd year onwards will be decided by lottery and
not guaranteed to all.

第一年所有申請住宿之境外生將被分配於（校內）東校區宿舍。第二年所有申請住宿之男性境外生
將被分配於（校外）新北校區宿舍，女性境外生則仍將被分配於（校內）東校區宿舍或（校外）南
港宿舍。
