Dear Learners, Parents, and Educators,
As we bid farewell to the A.Y. 2023-24, I am filled with
a sense of pride and accomplishment as I reflect on the
progress and achievements we have made together as
a school community. This year had been a month
brimming with excitement, learning, and growth.
Throughout the year, we celebrated various events and
milestones that have truly exemplified the spirit of our
school community. From the exhilarating Annual Sports Meet to the heartwarming
recognition of our winners through the Annual Prize Distribution, the Gajera Global
School (GGS) community came together to promote inclusivity, understanding, and
empathy.
At GGS, we firmly believe that the role of an educational institution extends beyond just
academic excellence. Our mission is to motivate and empower our learners to become
lifelong achievers, critical thinkers, and productive members of a constantly evolving
global society. Since our inception in 2014, Gajera Global School has pledged to provide
an environment where our learners can thrive and excel in various facets of their

Weekly Havan
Havan activity is organized every Friday for Gajerians of Grades 1 to 12 with an
aim to provide our learners with a deeper understanding of the culture while
simultaneously purifying the environment and instilling a profound
appreciation for the rich spiritual and cultural heritage of Indian philosophy.
During the Havan ceremony, learners had the opportunity to witness and
participate in this ancient ritual, experiencing firsthand the sacred traditions
that have been passed down through generations. Through the chanting of
mantras, offering of prayers, and the lighting of the sacred fire, our learners
were able to connect with the essence of our cultural heritage in a meaningful
way.
Beyond the ceremonial aspect, the Havan activity also served as a platform for
our learners to learn about the significance of Havan in Indian culture, its
spiritual implications, and its role in fostering a sense of unity and harmony
within the community. Overall, the Havan activity provided a holistic learning
experience, enriching our learners' understanding of culture, spirituality, and
the interconnectedness of all beings.

Releasing the Essence of Sportsmanship, where every year, champions emerge
and lifelong memories are forged. GGS Annual Sports Day showcased an
electrifying Athletics Meet, dedicated to nurture the sportsman spirit among
the learners. Sports Day provides a platform for learners to display their
athletic expertise, challenge themselves, and embrace the ethos of
sportsmanship. Featuring a diverse range of track and field events such as
sprints, relays, long jump, and high jump, learners were encouraged to test

 Khel Mahakumbh Archery Competition
GGS spearheaded the organization of the Khel Mahakumbh-Archery
Competition on February 04, 2024, under the adept guidance of Mr. Dhaval
Chauhan, our esteemed sports head. His visionary leadership ensured
meticulous planning and execution, resulting in a seamless and memorable
experience for all participants across the schools. His commitment to foster
sportsmanship and providing a platform for budding athletes to shine was
palpable, leaving a lasting impression on all involved.
This event served a valuable learning experience. It showcased the importance
of effective planning, teamwork, and dedication in successfully organizing and
executing large-scale events. Moreover, observing the positive impact of such
initiatives on our children's development highlighted the significance of

It was a moment of great honour for GGS as we welcomed the remarkable Ms.
Harcharan Gambhir, fondly known as Babli Gambhir, to our campus. With an
illustrious collection of over 12 National Awards and 1 international accolade,
she stands as a shining example of dedication and resilience, overcoming
physical challenges to attain unparalleled success.
In an engaging and interactive session, our eager learners had the privilege of
absorbing Ms. Gambhir's wisdom. Her inspiring journey captivated the
audience as she shared her experiences, challenges, and triumphs with grace
and authenticity. Despite facing obstacles, Ms. Gambhir's unwavering

 Annual Sport Meet
On February 7th and 8th, 2024, GGS hosted its much-anticipated Sports Day
for learners in Grades 1 to 5. The two-days’ event was filled with excitement
and enthusiasm as learners showcased their athletic abilities and
sportsmanship.
The highlight of the Sports Day festivities was on Thursday, February 8th,
when the Athletics Meet took center stage. This year, the theme was "Army,"
and learners embraced the spirit wholeheartedly. The Army T-Shirt added a
touch of unity and patriotism to the event.
The aim was to promote physical fitness and imbibe the sportsman spirit in
every learner. By encouraging participation, teamwork, and resilience, Sports
Day at Gajera Global School serves as a platform for learners to develop
essential life skills and foster a love for sports and physical activity that will
stay with them for years to come.

Throughout the evening, emotions ran high as memories were shared,
laughter echoed through the halls, and heartfelt sentiments filled the room. It
was a time of reflection, celebration, and bittersweet ‘Senior Soiree’, as
learners reminisced about the cherished moments they had shared together
and looked ahead to the future with anticipation and nostalgia.
The selection of Mr. and Miss. Farewell added an extra layer of significance to
the event, as it symbolized the embodiment of the spirit of camaraderie,
friendship, and mutual respect that defined the bond between the departing
seniors and their junior counterparts. The thoughtful selection process, which
included tasks and questions designed to reveal the candidates' character,

 World Pulses Day
In an effort to promote nutritional awareness and sustainable food practices,
an pragmatic session was organized to showcase the various benefits of
pulses. Pulses, which include beans, lentils, chickpeas, and peas, are not only
nutritious but also play a crucial role in sustainable food production,
contributing to food security and improved nutrition.
The session began with an overview of pulses and their significance in
sustainable agriculture. Learners were introduced to the nutritional benefits of
pulses, including their high protein content, fibre, vitamins, and minerals. They
also learned about the environmental advantages of pulses, such as their
ability to enrich soil fertility, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and promote
biodiversity.
By providing an interactive and educational experience, the session aimed to
empower learners with the knowledge and skills to make informed dietary
choices and contribute to a more sustainable and nutritious food future.

In honour of Vasant Panchmi and the imminent arrival of the spring season,
Gajera Global School organized a special assembly to seek the blessings of
Goddess Saraswati for our Grade 10 and 12 learners. This auspicious occasion
was a heartfelt celebration marked by prayers, enchanting dance
performances, and inspirational speeches, all meticulously prepared to
honour the goddess of knowledge, art, and music.
The assembly commenced with special prayers dedicated to Goddess
Saraswati, where learners and educators fervently sought her blessings for

 Sr Kg Orientation Session
The transition of Senior Kindergarten learners to Grade 1 marks a significant
milestone in their academic journey. To ensure a smooth transition and
provide parents with valuable insights into their child's educational
experience, Parents Orientation session was scheduled.
During the orientation, parents were welcomed into the school community
and introduced to the innovative teaching pedagogy and facilities available for
their child's education. The session began with learners from primary grades
guiding parents through the school's teaching methods, emphasizing the
blend of academic rigor and play-based learning tailored specifically for Senior

Gajera Global School had organized a special Sports Day event exclusively for
GGS parents, scheduled for November 17th, 2024. This exciting event featured
friendly competitions in Badminton and Throwball for female parents, and
Cricket for male parents.
To ensure that all parents are well-prepared and ready to showcase their
sporting talents on Sports Day, practice sessions were held from February 14th
to February 16th, 2024. These practice sessions provide the parents with the
opportunity to hone their skills, build camaraderie with fellow parents, and
familiarize themselves with the rules and regulations of the respective sports.
Participating in the Sports Day event and practice sessions was a fantastic
opportunity for GGS parents to actively engage in school activities, promote
physical fitness, and foster a sense of community spirit. It was a great way for
parents to bond with each other and with their children, as they share in the
excitement and fun of participating in sports together.
As we came together to celebrate athleticism, teamwork, and the joy of sport

Gajera Global School was thrilled to host its Pre-Primary Graduation and Prize
Distribution Ceremony with the unique theme 'Panchtatva Symphony: Melody
of Think, Ask, and Rise' on February 25, 2024. This highly anticipated event
was a celebration of the remarkable progress and achievements of our young
learners as they embodied the school's vision of 'Think, Ask, and Rise'
throughout their educational journey.

The ceremony was meticulously planned to acknowledge and celebrate the

accomplishments of our pre-primary learners, who have shown exceptional
growth and development during their time at School. With a focus on
nurturing curiosity, critical thinking, and resilience, our young learners have
embraced the ethos of 'Think, Ask, and Rise' in all aspects of their learning.

Our pre-primary graduates proudly marched into the venue amidst cheers and
applause from their families and teachers. As the ceremony unfolded, learners

including songs and dance performances all centered around the theme of
'Panchtatva Symphony.'

GGS proudly hosted the Junior Titans Event, embodying a holistic approach to

The IIMUN (Indian International Model United Nations) orientation is a pivotal
event designed to introduce participants to the world of Model United Nations
(MUN) conferences, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and
confidence needed to excel in this academic simulation of international
diplomacy.
Participants are introduced to the Indian International Model United Nations
organization, its mission, and its role in promoting global citizenship,
leadership, and diplomacy among youth. An overview of the Model United
Nations concept is provided, explaining its origins, objectives, and significance
in fostering understanding of global issues and diplomacy among learners.
An overview of diplomatic etiquette, protocol, and parliamentary procedure is
provided, including how to address fellow delegates, make formal speeches,
and draft diplomatic documents such as resolutions and position papers.
Participants have the opportunity to ask questions, seek clarifications, and
address any concerns they may have about the MUN conference or their roles
within it.

Amidst the pulsating energy of the District Level Athletic Competition at Veer
Narmad South Gujarat University, our GGS learners showcased their prowess
and secured their spots at the state level! Miss. Archi Ambani emerged as a
true champion, claiming the 1st position in discus throw and displaying
outstanding skill to secure the 3rd position in javelin throw! Set to represent at
the state level.
With grace and agility, Miss. Sachi Panchmatia soared high to clinch the 2nd
position in standing jump, earning a well-deserved ticket to the state level
