325ln Calibration PRV

This document provides instructions for calibrating the automatic actuator of the governor and the proportional reduction valve in excavators 325, 325L, and 325N. It explains how to initiate calibration mode, perform step-by-step calibration while monitoring the character display, and stop calibration mode once successfully completed. It also provides notes on possible errors and how to correct them. The goal is to ensure that these key components function correctly to maintain speed.

constant power change pressure in the vacuum pressure level. The dial of
the motor speed can be placed in any position as it cannot be activated

Initial configuration of the actuator governor
Note: This procedure does not require a new governor actuator that is
correctly calibrated for the initial (factory) setting of the position selector '10'.
1.Connect the governor actuator harness (2) to the connector of.
2. Set the high idle position to '10' (initial adjustment) by activating the mode of
calibration of the automatic actuator. Refer to the section of this module "Mode of
calibración", actuador automático gobernador (G/A) calibración"
Throttle Cable Adjustment
1. The throttle cable (1) is identified by its seal. Turn the nut (11) and the lock nut.
the accelerator cable (1) to the left until they are as separated as
be possible.
Note: If the identification seal is missing, the throttle cable (1) is the upper cable.

2. Place interior cable (5) in the inner slot (the slot closest to the motor) of
the pulley (6).
3. (to the left seen from the top of the machine) to wind wire
interior cable (5) pulley (6).
4. place the "T" end of the inner cable wire (5) in the groove (10). Make sure that
the "T" end of the inner cable thread (5) is in line with the internal slot (slot
closer to the engine) after installation.
5. place the threaded portion of the throttle cable (1) in the upper slot of the support
(8).
6. pulley to the right (as seen from the top of the
machine) to the idle stop high position (full rotation).
7. hold the pulley (6) against the high position of the idle stop and turn the nut (11) towards the
right until the slack of the internal cable (5) disappears. Tighten the nut (11)
approximately an additional two manual laps.
8.torque nut (standard torsional stress) (9) against the support (8).
Throttle cable adjustment
1. turn the nut (12) and the lock nut (13) of the decelerator cable (4) to the left
until they are as far apart as possible.
2. Place the exterior cable (7) in the outer slot (the groove farthest from the motor) of
the pulley (6).
3.wrap outdoor wire cable (7) (to the right as viewed from the top of the
machine) pulley (6).
4. Place the 'T' end of the outdoor cable (7) in the slot (10). Make sure to
that the "T" end of the external cable (7) is in line with the external groove
(the furthest ridge from the engine) after installation.
5. Place the threaded part of the decelerator cable (4) in the upper slot of the mount.
Make sure that the outer wire cable (7) remains in the outer groove of
the pulley (6).
6. Finger tighten the nut (12) against the support (8).
Loosen nut (12) approximately two turns to provide clearance in the
outdoor cable (7).
8. torsional stress (standard torsional stress) fastening nut (13) against the
support (8). Make some cuts (12) of the nut in the position of the threaded part of
cable of the decelerator (4) and tighten the locknut (13) against the support (8).
9. Reinstall the throttle cable clamps (4) and the cable of the
accelerator (1). Do not allow the cables to twist.
Note: Check to ensure that the governor is in contact with the lever
inactive brake. Also make sure that the nuts (11) and (12) are tightened
correctly so that the throttle cable (1) is under tension and cable of
decelerator (4) has a small amount of paraffin. Do not do it in adjustment of
incorrect engine speed, or overload of the governor actuator. Governor
Actuator (2) should not be used until the calibration procedure is completed. If
the actuator (2) is operated before completing the calibration procedure, calibrate.

of the engine.

The character screen must display a speed of approximately 800 rpm.

If the character appears, it does not read the correct RPM, gradually tighten the speed sensor.
Do not turn more than 120°.
