The hydraulic oil temperature must be at normal temperature
of operation before performing this calibration procedure.
Note: This procedure must be carried out at any time the actuator governor.
The driver has been replaced or reinstalled.
Note: The activation of this mode replaces the function of the AEC system and maintains the
constant power change pressure in the vacuum pressure level. The dial of
the motor speed can be placed in any position as it cannot be activated
until the governor actuator calibration has been completed. The switch of

3. Press and hold the AEC switch (31) then press and hold the
switch (34). Character display (4) shows [AC] in a flashing mode.
4. AEC switch still depressing (31) and the washer switch (34), press the
alarm canceling switch (36) until the character display (4) stops
blink and change to [ACP]. The automatic calibration mode now starts and the
the governor actuator motor has moved to the high idle stop position
initial. The governor actuator is already calibrated to the factory engine rpm
designated establishment for the position "10" dial of the motor speed.

position switch. The calibration procedure for this point takes
approximately two minutes. Character display (4) will change as follows:
Note: After completing the initial setup, ensure that the governor lever
is correctly positioned (in contact with the high idle stop) by turning the pulley
with the hand.

G/A is an indication of the following possible problems. It has been done the
necessary repairs. If character shows (4) screens [AC0] after taking the
corrective action, indicates that the calibration of the automatic governor actuator has been
completed successfully.

Note: If the error code [- 1], [- 2], [- 3], [-15], or -[16] is indicated on the screen
character (4), readjust the accelerator/decelerator cables. Please refer to the 'Adjustment' section
after replacement of important components.
Note: If error code [- 4] to -[12] or -[14] is indicated on the character screen.
(4), check the corresponding procedure verification in the section
Control procedures (Electronic Control System)
Note: To the character Show screens (4)-[13], resume all controls of the position
NEUTRAL. If the problem code persists, check the pressure switches and
the circuits.

Initial configuration of the actuator governor
Note: This procedure does not require a new governor actuator that is
correctly calibrated for the initial (factory) setting of the position selector '10'.
1.Connect the governor actuator harness (2) to the connector of.
2. Set the high idle position to '10' (initial adjustment) by activating the mode of
calibration of the automatic actuator. Refer to the section of this module "Mode of
calibración", actuador automático gobernador (G/A) calibración"
Throttle Cable Adjustment
1. The throttle cable (1) is identified by its seal. Turn the nut (11) and the lock nut.
the accelerator cable (1) to the left until they are as separated as
be possible.
Note: If the identification seal is missing, the throttle cable (1) is the upper cable.
when viewed from the governor actuator (2).
2. Place interior cable (5) in the inner slot (the slot closest to the motor) of
the pulley (6).
3. (to the left seen from the top of the machine) to wind wire
interior cable (5) pulley (6).
4. place the "T" end of the inner cable wire (5) in the groove (10). Make sure that
the "T" end of the inner cable thread (5) is in line with the internal slot (slot
closer to the engine) after installation.
5. place the threaded portion of the throttle cable (1) in the upper slot of the support
(8).
6. pulley to the right (as seen from the top of the
machine) to the idle stop high position (full rotation).
7. hold the pulley (6) against the high position of the idle stop and turn the nut (11) towards the
right until the slack of the internal cable (5) disappears. Tighten the nut (11)
approximately an additional two manual laps.
8.torque nut (standard torsional stress) (9) against the support (8).
Throttle cable adjustment
1. turn the nut (12) and the lock nut (13) of the decelerator cable (4) to the left
until they are as far apart as possible.
2. Place the exterior cable (7) in the outer slot (the groove farthest from the motor) of
the pulley (6).
3.wrap outdoor wire cable (7) (to the right as viewed from the top of the
machine) pulley (6).
4. Place the 'T' end of the outdoor cable (7) in the slot (10). Make sure to
that the "T" end of the external cable (7) is in line with the external groove
(the furthest ridge from the engine) after installation.
5. Place the threaded part of the decelerator cable (4) in the upper slot of the mount.
Make sure that the outer wire cable (7) remains in the outer groove of
the pulley (6).
6. Finger tighten the nut (12) against the support (8).
Loosen nut (12) approximately two turns to provide clearance in the
outdoor cable (7).
8. torsional stress (standard torsional stress) fastening nut (13) against the
support (8). Make some cuts (12) of the nut in the position of the threaded part of
cable of the decelerator (4) and tighten the locknut (13) against the support (8).
9. Reinstall the throttle cable clamps (4) and the cable of the
accelerator (1). Do not allow the cables to twist.
Note: Check to ensure that the governor is in contact with the lever
inactive brake. Also make sure that the nuts (11) and (12) are tightened
correctly so that the throttle cable (1) is under tension and cable of
decelerator (4) has a small amount of paraffin. Do not do it in adjustment of
incorrect engine speed, or overload of the governor actuator. Governor
Actuator (2) should not be used until the calibration procedure is completed. If
the actuator (2) is operated before completing the calibration procedure, calibrate.

                                          NOTICE
The engine should not be run before adjusting the speed sensor of
      motor.
1. With the engine off, slowly press the speed sensor (1) on the box steering wheel (5)
until the magnetic core (3) is in contact with the gear (4).
2.new speed sensor of 1/2 turn and temporarily tighten the lock nut (2).
3. with the motor speed selector at the beginning of position '1' (position of
low idle) of the engine.
4. start the program "Data mode" and select the display function
motor speed.

Controller
1.Before disassembling/assembling the controller, make sure to turn off the switch.
disconnection to the OFF position.
2. carry out the automatic governor calibration procedure.
