Hook: H (5.

0 mm)

Gauge:
DC: 6-7 sts x 3-4 rows for a 2” x 2” square in the round
SC: 7 sts x 8 rows for a 2” x 2” square in the round.

Pattern Notes:
I prefer using linked double crochet (LDC) for the body of this mitten (keeps the fingers
from poking through), but you can reasonably use regular DC throughout.
Also, for the SC cuff, I did sc joined rounds instead of continuous rounds because I like
not having to end a spiral, but you can probably do continuous rounds if you really
wanted.
Lastly, I use the same starting DC that I used from my Aviator Hat (seen here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3LxYpo-tyi8 ), but you can use this (
http://mrsmicawber.blogspot.com/2012/04/crochet-turning-chain-alternatives.html?m=1 )
or this (ch2, do dc in same st as the ch2), or just the usual ch3.
