INVITATION OF TENDERS FOR PROCUREMENT OF 20 X COMPUTERS (DESKTOP PC)


WITH ACCESSORIES
1. Quotation/tenders are invited for procurement of 20 x Computers as per the
specification given below (Vendors/Dealers are requested to quote the exact specification
being offered by them). Request super scribe the above mentioned Title, RFP number and
date of opening of the tender on the sealed cover to avoid the Tender being declared invalid.

Microsoft Edge/ Google Chrome/ Mozilla Firefox with JavaScript.
CPU- Intel Core i5 (10th generation or newer) or equivalent. RAM-
8GB. Storage- 512 GB Internal Solid- State Drive (SSD) or 1 TB
Internal SSD having at least 50 GB free storage.
Display-15-18” LCD Monitor. Other- Webcam.
Wired Mouse – Elegant Ergonomic Design, 1600 DPI Optical
Tracking, USB Plug.
Keyboard – MK120 Wired USB Keyboard Full-Size Keyboard,
USB Plug-and-Play, Compatible for PC.
2. The Request for Proposal (RFP) of the above requirement is available in the School
website www.apssukna.com.
3. Eligible criteria and documents required to be submitted along with tender are
enumerated in succeeding Paras.

4. Reputed/Authorized Vendors/Dealers are eligible and can submit the bids/tender duly
filled in details along with the following documents:-
(a) Tender on firm’s letter pad.
(b) EMD – Rs 58,500/- (DD/At par cheque in favour of Army Public School,
Sukna).
(c) Tender Fee – Rs 200/- (Non refundable) DD/At par cheque in favour of Army
Public School, should be submitted along with the Technical Bid.
(d) Copy of GST Registration Number.
(e) IT Returns of last two Years.
5. Vendor not in possession of the above documents shall be disqualified and his
tender will not be accepted. Tenders not accompanied by requisite value DD/At par cheque
towards EMD and Cost of Tender and other documents shall be rejected.

6. Please note that subletting of supply will not be permitted.


7. Right is reserved by SAMC to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
In case any dispute arises, the decision of SAMC will be final and binding, with no forum of
appeal whatsoever.
8. Time of Completion after placement for Supply Order : 45 days.
9. The sealed Tender should be deposited on or before 1200 hrs on 24 Jul 2025 at
Army Public School, Sukna.

10. Date and place of Opening of Tender is as follows:-


(a) Date: 25 Jul 2025 at 1200 hrs at APS Sukna.
