Lucian Ioan TARNU

“LUCIAN BLAGA” UNIVERSITY, SIBIU, ROMANIA

ABSTRACT
Road safety, security and prevention of accidents in road
traffic are both a national and international priority. Each road user
should have an important and active role, thinking of both his own
safety and about the danger he poses to the other participants’ safety
through his behavior in traffic.
