ends with elimination of 5-6 candidates.
Following the GD is the HR interview. This is the one with the major nervousness. The key to
crack it is a cool mind and a confident look.
The interview begins with enquiry about your recent undertakings and mainly focuses on
your areas of expertise. It aims at understanding the candidate's stress handing capacity,
presence of mind, personality and communication skills.
