FACILTY MAINATENCE REQUIRED

Date: 29/07/2025

Observation: Drainage & Grass Cleaning


Observation : Crack in wall
Observation: Tiles need to fix. It was done just one month back, please do effective civil work.
Observation: Paint work (in light grey colour)
Observation: Oil paint to avoid dirtiness
Observation: Water supply (Sensor is not working)
Observation : Epoxy Patch work (FMG Location). It was planned in last repair, but they didn’t complete it.
Observation : The corner needs to close (slope). It is needed to avoid dust accumulation.
Observation: The wall of FMG is misaligned. Need to fix it with proper clamping and foam closing of holes.
Observation : In loom lading area. It is damaging every times. Need to fix with ramp of metallic corner protection.
Observation : Facelift required
