We invite researchers, postgraduate students, faculties, and professionals to submit abstracts for poster presentations under the
theme:
“Strengthening Pharmacovigilance for Safer Healthcare”

Please Note: These topics are meant to serve as a guide only. We welcome any original research work in the field of
pharmacovigilance/pharmacology/patient safety/medication error and its prevention to be showcased in this conference.
Guidelines for abstract submission
1. The abstract must contain a Title, Name (s) of the Author (s), affiliation of the authors, the Email id of the presenting author and
the Body of the abstract.
2. The abstract must be a structured one having the following sections:
Introduction / Background of the study
Objective of the study
Methodology adopted for the study
Results
Conclusion
3. The title should be in the upper case in Times New Roman Font with a Font Size of 16.
4. The name of the authors must be written in Times New Roman Font with a Font Size of 12, single spacing. The name of the
presenting author should be bold and in Italics.
5. The certificate of presentation WILL ONLY be given to the presenting author after he / she pays the registration fees and attends
the conference.
6. The maximum number of words for the abstract is 300. Longer submissions will be automatically rejected.
7. The body of the text in abstract must be in Times New Roman with a font size of 12. The spacing between the lines should be 1.5.
8. Acceptance will be confirmed through EMAIL TO THE PRESENTING AUTHOR ONLY after scrutiny by the scientific committee.
9. All abstracts which are selected for presentation will be given a code which must be written on the main poster at the time of the
physical poster presentation.
10. The details of the physical poster presentation along with the date, time and venue will be notified to the selected posters in
due course of time.
11. All abstracts must be submitted as .docx file only as an attachment to an email. The email must be made from the EMAIL ID OF
THE PRESENTING AUTHOR ONLY which has been used for conference registration. The email must have a proof of registration for the
conference and the abstract as separate attachment files.
Please note that any deviance from the above guidelines will lead to automatic rejection of the abstract. The scientific committee
nor the organizing committee will be liable for the same.
