MILK: Skimmed.

Natural skim or flavored, peach or vanilla fruity.


Spreadable cheeses, like Mendicrim, light casancrem, Sancor spread, Ilolay light.
For spreading, for seasoning. Lean Port Salut type fresh cheese.
EGG: Whole chicken egg.
BEEF: Round, beef hindquarter, lean flank steak, eye round, loin. Consume 1 portion.

CHICKEN: Skinless, ¼ per meal. Prepare it roasted, grilled, boiled. Cook it skinless and without

Swiss chard and spinach only cooked, grated or cooked beetroot. Mashed potato or sweet potato in soufflé.
Peaches, apricots, apples, pears, bananas. Cooked or raw, well ripe, peeled
grated or crushed. Light syrup peaches can be used.
CEREALS, GRAINS AND PASTAS: Well-cooked white rice, polenta or vitina, dry noodles
soup noodles. Season with oil, white cheese, diet tomato sauce or white sauce
dietetic (prepared with raw oil, without using butter.)
Bread: White, French without crusts or loaf, oven-dried. 2 slices per meal.
COOKIES: Water, criollitas type, Mayco, Granix, Canale biscuit, vanilla. Consume 2 or
3 units per meal instead of bread.
JAMS: From allowed fruits or quince jelly. Use in small amounts.
OIL: From corn, sunflower, grape, olive. Always raw for seasoning.
DESSERTS: Gelatin, vanilla flan without caramel, vanilla desserts, and light canned fruits or
washes. Flan to be or little desserts to be vanilla.
DRINKS AND INFUSIONS: Light tea or brewed mate. Mineral or tap water. Broth of
homemade strained vegetables or diet types like Rondó, Tibaldi, or Caldiet.
Oregano, nutmeg, bay leaf, vanilla, cinnamon.

MAKE 6 MEALS DAILY: 4 MAIN AND 2 SNACKS (ONE IN THE MIDDLE)


TOMORROW AND ANOTHER IN THE AFTERNOON.) CONSUME SMALL PORTIONS AND
OF MODERATE TEMPERATURE.
