dates back to Ancient Greece. The Greeks used the concept of
neurospasta to refer to puppets, a term linked to
movement with threads. The Romans also used puppets as
fun.
It is important that the one handling the puppet can hide and only leave the ...
puppet in view of the public. In this way, the illusion is created that
the puppet has a life of its own and moves without any guidance.
ThepersonThe person who handles a puppet is known as a puppeteer. It is about
a true art that requires a lot of practice for mastery
perfect of the puppet. The most advanced puppets are in condition
to move different parts of thebodyand from the face in a way
independent, so the puppeteer must have an excellent
coordination of their movements.
In colloquial language, the term puppet also allows for making
reference to a person who allows themselves to be controlled by another (of the same)
form so that the doll). In this sense, it is an accusation
defamatory, as it assumes that the subject in question does not have
own thoughts but rather repeats what another tells him. It is common
that, in the field of thepolitics.
