LV7342-UN: Disassemble Transmission

1. Separate the clutch housing from the transmission. (See 'Separate the Clutch Housing from the Transmission' in this)
group).

2. Lift and place a support under the rear axles.

3. Remove the rear wheels and the fenders.

4. Remove the control levers from the oscillating shaft.

5. Remove the control console from the right side. (See "Remove and Install the Control Console from the Right Side and
Panel in Section 90, Group 06.

6. Remove the control lever from the remote cylinder valve box and the cable assembly, if applicable.

NOTE:

Close all openings using covers and plugs.

Remove the front traction control lever and its connections. (See 'Check and Repair Lever and

9. Remove the lever for the output take-off and its connections. Review

10. Remove the control console from the left side. (See 'Remove and Install the Control Console from the Left Side and

11. Remove the gear shift levers and the range shift lever. (See the procedure for this)

Remove the pieces ( -).

14. Remove the screws () and the safety washers (). Slide the shift axes ( and E) forward in the
transmission box to obtain the necessary space to remove the shift forks.

15. Dismantle the shift fork (C).

16. Disassemble the gear fork (D).

17. Install the bushing () and the screw () to assist you in disassembly.

Remove the hydraulic oil filter assembly. (See 'Remove and Install the Hydraulic Oil Filter Assembly') ”

19. Remove the side cover or the idle assembly, if so equipped. (See "Remove and Install the

20. Remove the lower cover or the gear box of the front traction control TDM, if equipped.

21. Place a support bench under the assembly of the traction bar.

22. Place a hoist and chains on the transmission box.
