We can obey God and do what pleases Him.
Likewise, thanks to the new pact we can have a

confidence that our sins have been forgiven.
Moreover, it would be difficult for us to obey God and do His

superficial communion with God and a superficial knowledge of God
and ordinary. But praise be to God, we have the new

we will lose sight of the axis of salvation. But if
we know something of the new covenant, we can declare that
we have found a great treasure in the universe.
What does God's eternal purpose consist of? In words
simple, the eternal purpose of God is to strive in the
man who created. The delight of God is to enter into man and
join with man so that he may possess His life and His
nature. Before the foundation of the world, that is, in the
eternity, before time existed, before creating the
heaven and earth and before creating all things and the lineage
human, He had that purpose within Him. He wanted that the
man obtained his affiliation; he wanted the man to be
equal to Him; desired that man be glorified

In the beginning, in the Garden of Eden, we see the tree of the

life and the tree of knowledge of good and evil. God
put the man whom he had created in the garden of Eden. The
the only prohibition he made was that he should not eat from the tree
the knowledge of good and evil; in other words, he gave him
to understand that I had to eat from the fruit of the tree of life. Without
embargo, this required the man to choose. As
to the revelation of the Scriptures, we know that the tree of the
life denotes God himself (Ps. 36:9; Jn. 1:4; 11:25; 14:6; 1
Jn. 5:12). If the man had eaten from the tree of life,
he would have received life, and God would have entered him. But,
As we know, the first man that God created, that is, the
first Adam, failed and fell. His failure did not only consist of
not receiving the life of God, but also, besides this, he ate
from the tree of knowledge of good and evil and was separated
from God, who gives life. However, today we must give him
thank God and praise Him, because although the first man
he failed and fell, the second man, that is, the last Adam

to forge this person into the man. God desires that the man

God, this is the new covenant.
Rom 8:29 For those whom he foreknew, he also

We affirm that today we are in the era of the new
pact. But what does this mean? For now we can only
talk about this briefly, but later we will talk more
more detailed. We know that God never made a covenant
with the gentiles. Since we, the gentiles, do not
we have an old pact, how can we have a new one
covenant? Hebrews 8:8 clearly states that one day God will make a
new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah.
Speaking with precision, this pact will not be established except
after those days (v. 10), which refers to the
beginning of the millennium. If this is the case, how could we say
that today we are in the era of the new covenant? It is because
the Lord treats the church according to the principle of the new
covenant, that is to say, places the church under the principle of the new
pact. He wishes for the church to have dealings and negotiations
with Him according to this pact until He achieves what He
wants to carry out.

The Lord said: 'This is My blood of the covenant...' (Mt. 26:28).

He established the new covenant with His blood, so that
we could enjoy a glimpse of the blessings of

we must start by talking about the facts and the
promises of God. Then, we will be able to proceed to see
what is the covenant that God has made and His new covenant, and
What are the characteristics of the content of the new pact.
We will also specifically talk about how the law was
set in man and written in his heart, what is the power
with what operates life in us, how God came to be
our God according to the law of life, and how we
we can have subjective knowledge in order to know
God in a deeper way.

The principles that govern God's promises

The Word of God shows us several principles that govern
His promises. Let's see some examples:
'Honor your father and your mother,' which is the first
commandment with a promise; 'that it may go well with you, and you may be of
long life on the earth" (Eph. 6:2-3). This promise
Not everyone will fare well and will have a long life;
only those who honor their parents will be well and will be of
long life. If a person does not meet the condition
mentioned here, will not receive the promised blessing of
well-being and long life.
Now therefore, Jehovah God, let the word be fulfilled that
"you gave to David, my father" (2 Chr. 1:9). The word that is
The word 'cumpla' can also be translated as 'promise'. This
It means that we need to ask God to fulfill His
promise; that is to say, the promise requires our prayer
so that it can be fulfilled (cf. 1 R. 8:56).
According to the number of days, of the forty days
what you used to recognize the land, you will bear with your
iniquities: forty years, one year for each day. Thus
"you will know My punishment" [or, the annulment of My promise]
(Num. 14:34). This means that if a man is not faithful to
the promise of God and does not meet the conditions that it
They accompany, the promise can be revoked. For example, from
all the children of Israel who came out of Egypt, only Caleb and
Joshua entered Canaan. The rest died in the desert.
This shows that God revoked His promise to
those who were unfaithful to him. As for Jacob and Joseph,
Although they died in Egypt, they were buried in Canaan.
Since they were faithful to God even unto death, God
He did not revoke His promise (Gen. 46:3-4; 49:29-32; 50:12-13, 24-
25; Jos. 24:32).
For the promise to Abraham or to his offspring was not through the law
Abraham or his descendants the promise that it would be
heir of the world, but instead through the justice of faith.
For if those who are of the law are the heirs, faith is made void.
faith is the result, and the promise is void

This means that if a man, apart from God, acts

through the strength of his flesh or adds something to the promise,
It is possible that the promise is canceled.

Heb. 11:39-40). "And all these, although they obtained a good

testimony through faith, they did not receive the promise;

they would not be perfected apart from us" And,
because you need perseverance, so that
that having done the will of God, you may obtain the

designated and then we will obtain what God has
promised.
Based on these Scriptures, we see the following four
principles that govern the promises of God:
The promise of God requires our prayer so that
can be fulfilled;
if God's promise is conditional, man must
to meet such conditions in order to receive the promise;
if it is not so, the promise can be revoked;
If, aside from God's promise, man uses force
from his flesh to act or to add something, the promise can
to be canceled;
God's promises are fulfilled when God so wishes.
disposes.
How the promise is fulfilled in us
God
How is God's promise fulfilled in us? Every time
When we see a promise in the Word of God, we should pray.
with all my heart. We must pray until the Spirit of God
be active in us in such a way that very deep in
our inner being we feel that this promise of God is
addressed to us. If there is no condition subject to this
promise, we can immediately exercise our faith to
receive it, believing that God will act according to His promise and
He will fulfill what he promised in us. Then, we can
praise and thank God immediately.
On the other hand, if the promise has certain conditions we must
fulfill them. After that, we turn to God through
our prayers and we ask Him to act according to His faithfulness
and justice, so that He may fulfill His promise in us. A
we have prayed to the point that faith springs up in our
interior, we no longer need to pray. We can begin to
to praise and give thanks to God. Shortly afterwards, we will see
that the promises of God are truly being fulfilled in
we.
Below are some examples:
(1) At the beginning of each year, several sisters from a certain
the locality had the habit of asking God to give them a
promise, which would serve as their support during that year. A
from the sisters she felt that she was very weak and told him about the
Lord your situation. The Lord gave you these words: 'Christ
[...] it is not weak towards you, but it is powerful in
you all” (2 Co. 13:3). When she received these words, she
came back strong. Another sister was prone to worry;
whenever she thought about the past or the future, she felt
much fear. She also told the Lord about her situation, and
the Lord gave him this promise: "Do not be afraid, for I am
With you; do not falter, for I am your God who
effort; I will always help you, I will always support you with the
right hand of My justice" (Is. 41:10). The five mentions of the
"I" and the three statements of what God
he promised to do in this verse of the Word of God
they made, on one hand, this sister humble and
he would worship God and, on the other hand, he would become so joyful that
she praised the Lord even with tears. Later on, when she
he faced difficulties and trials, he read this word
again to God and even read it to herself. The Word
God truly established her, helped her, and sustained her for
many years.
These sisters had many stories similar to these. The
the promises that God gave to each of them were fulfilled.
exactly their needs. They honestly asked him to
God gave them a promise, and they received it. In the end of the
year, when they considered the grace of the Lord, they could
to testify that the promise of God had truly been to them
consoled and supported many times throughout that year.
Another daughter of God, due to the needs she had in
his life, he asked the Lord to give him a promise. One day
she read these words: "Let your conduct be without love for
money, satisfied with what you have now; for He said:
'I will never leave you nor forsake you'” (He. 13:5). These words
they surprised her and at the same time made her happy. This
the promise is conditional: we must not covet and we must
be happy with what we have; then the Lord will not us
He will neither forsake us nor leave us. She said: "Amen and amen!" to this
promise. During the twenty years that have passed since
so, on one hand, she has upheld the principle that if

Sir, you have really turned the handful of flour I had
in the jar and the little oil that was in her vessel did not

the abandoned one has not left him.

(3) There is also the case of another sister who had been
sick for many years. When I was very desperate,
it is agreed upon Romans 8:13: 'For if you live according to the'
flesh, you shall die; but if by the Spirit you put to death
the habits of the body, you will live." This made her see things in a different light.
a different way. He faced everything that she had to
confront according to the light that the Lord gave him. However, his
the body was still sick. Then one day he prayed: "Lord, if
Romans 8:13 are the words you have given me, I ask that
grant me another promise.” Then she confessed her
weakness and her disbelief. At that moment, at the most
deep within his being, these words seemed to resonate: "God does not
He is a man; He does not lie.” She did not know if such words
they were found in the Scriptures. Then, he searched in a
concordance, and found that in Numbers 23:19 indeed
Such were the words: 'God is not a man, that he should lie,
Not son of man that he should repent. Does he say and not
does? Does he promise and not fulfill?”. With this, her heart
he was filled with joy and his mouth with praises. Therefore, God
he also made his illness stop.
Therefore, concerning the promises of God, we need
praise it because they cannot be annulled; each word will be
established. Furthermore, faith never demands proof, because everything
what God says, He will fulfill. Even though the heavens and the earth
be consumed, and the mountains and the hills be
overthrown, everyone who believes in the Lord will see His words
fulfilled.
THE ACTS OF GOD
Regarding the deeds of God, although in the Scriptures not...
we can find the word facts, in the work of God
we can find many fulfilled facts; that is, the
Facts are the work that God has fulfilled.
The facts are the completed works
In the Old Testament, God promised that the Lord Jesus

So, the promise given in Isaiah about the 'virgin

has become a fact. The crucifixion of Lord Jesus
It is also a fact. He offered Himself once and for
always, thus obtaining eternal redemption (Heb. 9:12). Therefore
that this is a fact, no one has to ask the Lord to

The coming of the Holy Spirit is also a fulfilled fact.
forever. Since this is the case, no one has to ask you
again to the Holy Spirit to come. (This refers to the
"fact" of the coming of the Holy Spirit, and not to the
"individual experience" that one has of the Holy Spirit).
In addition, God has done many other things through
Christ. The Scriptures reveal that all things that
they belong to life and piety have been fulfilled in Christ.
For example,
Ephesians 1:3 says that He "blessed us with every blessing"
spiritual in the heavenly places in Christ.
Ephesians 1:4 according as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world
world, that we might be holy and without blemish before
he,
Verse 4 continues with the word: 'According to...'
according to the original text, this sentence continues until

Ephesians 1:5 in love having predestined us

to be adopted as your children through
Jesus Christ, according to the pure affection of his will,
Ephesians 1:6 to the praise of the glory of His grace,
with which He made us acceptable in the Beloved,
Ephesians 1:7 in whom we have redemption through his
blood, the forgiveness of sins according to the riches
of his grace,
Ephesians 1:8 which he made to abound toward
we in all wisdom and intelligence,
Ephesians 1:9 making known to us the mystery of his
will, according to his approval, which had been
proposed in itself,
Ephesians 1:10 to gather all things in Christ, in
the dispensation of the fulfillment of the
times, as those that are in the heavens, like
those that are on the earth.
Ephesians 1:11 In him we also had an inheritance,
having been predestined according to the
purpose of the one who does all things according to the
design of his will,
Ephesians 1:12 in order that we might be for the praise of
To His glory, we who are first
we were hoping in Christ.
Ephesians 1:13 In him you also, after hearing
the word of truth, the gospel of your
salvation, and having believed in him, you were
sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise,
Ephesians 1:14 which is the guarantee of our inheritance until
redemption of the acquired possession, for the praise of his
glory.
Therefore, we see that all the things mentioned in these
verses are all the spiritual blessings
mentioned in verse 3.
This also explains 2 Peter 1:3 where it says: "Since His
divine power has granted us all things that
belong to life and piety." All these things are
in Christ. These are facts that have already been fulfilled.

Regarding God's promises, if we do not ask for them to be

they fulfill, or if we do not meet the conditions, it is possible
that we do not receive them. As far as we are concerned, the
promises can be annulled, but as for the facts
from God, although we do not ask for them to be fulfilled, He
it will be fulfilled in us. Since they are accomplished facts, not
we have to ask for them. (This refers to the facts themselves
of God, not to our individual experiences of these
facts.
God has never asked us to do anything in order to receive.
His deeds. All He requires is that simply
we create. It may be that God's promise is delayed, but
As for the acts of God, there is no delay. Once
we have said that we have received the facts of God,
we could never say that we need to wait a few years
so that God may give them to us. What God has fulfilled and what
he has already given us in Christ, it can never be postponed to a
future moment. If God delays in giving it to us, it would be a
contradiction to the fact.

But God,
who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He
He loved us, even when we were dead in transgressions, He gave us life.
together with Christ [...] and together with Him He raised us up,
and he made us sit in heavenly places in
Christ Jesus. Are the things mentioned here promises?
Are they of God or are they acts of God?

The Word of God tells us that all these things are

facts. It is God who gave us life together with Christ, and
It is God who has raised us up together with Christ and
made to sit in heavenly places together with Christ.
All these are fulfilled facts. Since this is the case,
we must praise and thank God for it. We must
adopt an attitude towards Satan in which we manifest
that we have been resurrected and have ascended together
with Christ. We must never adopt an attitude in which
we hope to be resurrected or ascended; on the contrary, this
we must always indicate that we have been resurrected
that we have ascended.

We must know that there is not a single person among the

people of the Lord that has not received a life of
resurrection and ascension. If we think that this life only
it can be obtained if we ask for it, then we do not know it
what God has accomplished. God has given us everything in Christ that
it belongs to life and piety. We do not need to ask; only
we need to claim what was given to us. Hallelujah, this
glorious deed, this deed accomplished, this deed that Christ
It has been fulfilled, it has been given to us by God in Christ!

The second example is found in

Romans 6:6 says: "Knowing this, that our old
man was crucified together with Him so that the body
of sin may be annulled, so that we may no longer serve the
sin as slaves.
This verse shows us three things: (1) sin, (2) the
old man and (3) the body of sin. Sin is the
the same sinful nature that dominates us (Rom. 6:14;
The old man is our self, which likes

what is the puppet of sin; our body is the one that in
reality commits the sins.
Sin dominates us, and through the old man,

sin and orders the body to commit sinful acts.
Perhaps some consider that in order for man not to
little one, the root of sin must be removed; others can
to think that, in order not to sin, man must
meticulously suppress the desires of his body. But
these are the thoughts of men; what God has
the fact is totally different. God did not deal with the root of the
sin, nor did he deal with our body; but rather he placed

Our old man was crucified together

with Him. This is a fact. It is a fact that God has fulfilled
in Christ.

We must realize that Romans 6:6 is a

we experience. Once we see that the facts are
truly facts, we will have the experience in a way
spontaneous. However, we must understand that the facts
they do not become real to us because
we believe in them; rather, it is because of the facts
of God is true that we believe.
Faith consists in that, since God says that our old
man has been crucified with Christ, we also
we say that our old man has been crucified with
Christ. It is a fact that our old man has been
crucified, a deed accomplished by God in Christ. In this
regarding this, God cannot do more than what He has already done.
All we can do is believe that the Word of God
it's true. Therefore, it is not necessary for us to ask God
to do something, but rather we believe that God has already done it.
Whenever we believe in the deeds that God has fulfilled,
we have the experience of such facts automatically. The
facts, faith, and our experience: this is the order that God
has established. We must remember this great principle that
rules spiritual life.
