I am writing to express my earnest intent to apply for the position of Master Teacher I (Senior High School)
at SDO Tabaco City – Senior High School, as published in your recent vacancy announcement.
I am currently serving as a Teacher I in the Senior High School and have been engaged in delivering quality
instruction in my specialized field. I hold a 30 units in Master of Arts in Mathematics Education and have
completed the required 18 professional units aligned with the strand I am teaching. I have also accumulated
over five years of teaching experience in the Senior High School level, which has equipped me with both
pedagogical expertise and a deep understanding of learner needs and curriculum delivery.
In support of continuous professional development, I have completed hours of relevant training in Curriculum
Pedagogy, Subject Specialization, and Instructional Supervision, aligned with the NEAP requirements for
Career Stage III (Highly Proficient Teacher). I have consistently demonstrated leadership in initiating and
implementing school-based learning action cells, research projects, and instructional innovations that
contributed to improved learning outcomes.
I firmly believe that my academic qualifications, teaching experience, and commitment to lifelong learning and
instructional excellence make me a strong candidate for the position. I am deeply motivated to advance in the
teaching profession and to contribute more significantly to our learners’ growth and to the school community.
