Subject: Description of cause of loss (Car Number DL5CT9750)
Dear Claims Team,
I am writing a formal letter for damages sustained to my vehicle, TATA Tiago XT
iCNG, DL 5CT 9750, due to an accident that took place on 5TH Feb 2025 at
approximately 2200 hrs near GTB Road Nand Nagri. 981866238
The accident occurred when I was returning from a family function with my wife
and two children of my sister-in-law. I was driving at 50 km/h when a car from
another road made an illegal U-turn and collided with my vehicle, damaging
both right-side doors. Additionally, a biker, unable to react in time due to my
sudden braking, crashed into the rear of my car, causing further damage, I
tried to stop the driver, but they fled the scene. Fortunately, no one was injured
and third-party damage and There is no police complaint made by me against it.
I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter, as my vehicle is
essential for my daily commute.
