Responsibilities in Tool Design Dept :-
· Follow up & Discuss with supplier regarding part manufecturing and Quotation.
· Responsible for Fixture & Gauges properly working on production line.
· Make New model Sample part with Process engg team as per customer plan
· Identify & Implementation of Pokayoke, kaizen for outlow and generation.
· Make Machining line layout and Plant layout in auto cadd for Rationalization
· Generate new drawing number from master list and update on windchill.
· Proficient to change in drawing with follow TCR, ECN, PCN procedure
· Responsible for draw new part hand sketch and make 3D in creo
· Communicate with supplier regarding fixture,Tool & Gauge Quotation, P.O, manufecture lead time and take decision on tool store rejection.
· Cost reduction by make fixture In-house at Tool-Room and maintain inventory.
Responsibilities in Production dept:-
Responsible for DWM activities and Check line documents like JH Checksheet,
Poka Yoke, 4M,3C,Abnormality handling and Special process Induction hardening control parameters.
Make Skill Matrix of line and make training plan of operator for skill upgradation.
Responsible for Product and Process Audit.
Responsible for line performance OEE, Rejection Analysis
Responsibilities in Tool Room & Heat treatment Section :-
Responsible for resolve quality problem of Serration & broaching forming lines.
Induction coil monitoring system implement to reduce No tool downtime.
Daily rejection analysis and identify kaizen (QM Activity) \
Induction coil Repair In-house and Implement standardization activity
Operate Tool room m/c like Lathe,Milling, Ginding etc
