We are pleased to appoint you as a PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER (PST) at IKHLAS MODEL
SCHOOL, MIRPUR MATHELO. Your appointment is subject to the following professional terms
and conditions:

 Your appointment is purely on Contract basis.


 You must possess the requisite academic qualifications relevant to your subject and submit all
necessary academic and professional documents to the school administration.
 You will be under observation for the first three months, after which you will be considered a
regular employee. Upon completing a minimum of one year (12 Months), you will be eligible
to receive your salary for Summer Vacation
 You are being appointed at a monthly basic salary of Rs.The institution will review your
performance and dedication, and based on merit, your salary may be increased. However, in
case of unsatisfactory annual results/co-curriculum activities no increment will be granted.
 You are expected to maintain a high standard of discipline, professionalism, and adherence to
the school's policies. Timely arrival and consistent attendance are mandatory to ensure
effective classroom management.
 Any assignment or responsibility given by the academic in-charge, including classroom-related
tasks, must be completed without argument or refusal.
 Your role includes effective classroom management, fostering a positive learning environment,
and contributing to students' academic and personal growth. You must also ensure fair
examination procedures and accurate grading.
 In addition to academic responsibilities, you are responsible for the moral and ethical
development of students.
 If a teacher submits their resignation and the institution arranges a replacement before the
notice period ends, the teacher may be released earlier at the institution’s discretion.
 You will keep the academic in-charge informed about the student's progress from time to time
and work collaboratively to ensure the student's better education and improvement.

 You will also be responsible for completing and submitting the results of your class.
 Corporal punishment is prohibited
 Leave requests must be approved in advance. Unauthorized absences, especially during
examinations, will not be tolerated. If you take leave without prior information, two days'
salary will be deducted. You must get your leave approved by the principal through the
academic in-charge.
 Participation in training workshops organized by the school is compulsory to enhance teaching
effectiveness.
 No teacher is allowed to use a mobile phone during school hours. The use of mobile phones is
strictly prohibited.
 If the school requires you to stay beyond regular hours or on a holiday due to any assignment
or school-related work, you are obligated to stay and complete the assigned task within the
given timeframe.
 You may be assigned extra teaching or administrative responsibilities as per the needs of the
institution. Any tasks or assignments designated by the school administration must be
completed diligently and without objection.
 If the school appoints you as a trainee teacher and provides training, you will be bound to serve
the institution for a minimum of two years. During this period, you will not be allowed to join
any other school. However, if you secure employment in a government sector job, you will be
granted permission to leave.
 If you wish to leave the school, you must inform the school management in writing through a
formal resignation letter at least two months before. Resignation without prior notice may
result in legal consequences.
 Two months' salary will be retained as a security deposit, refundable upon your resignation or
termination, subject to compliance with the notice period.
 If a teacher submits their resignation and the institution arranges a replacement before the
notice period ends, the teacher may be released earlier at the institution’s discretion.
 As a faculty member, you are expected to uphold a professional and collaborative work
environment. Engaging in informal groupings, factions, or any form of division within the
school is strictly discouraged. All teachers must foster teamwork, mutual respect, and a positive
institutional culture.
 As a teacher, you are required to treat all students with fairness, equality, and respect, without
any discrimination. Every student must be given equal opportunities for learning, participation,
and growth in a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
 The school reserves the right to terminate employment without prior notice if your behavior or
performance negatively impacts the institution or students. Your signature below confirms your
