RE:Cancellation of interest to Invest Affordable Homes
Reference made to the above matter,
1. We hereby request to cancel the interest to invest in Affordable Home develop by
Stop Leak & Cleanz Sdn.Bhd due to found another suitable project which suits the
interest.
2. Upon execution of this letter, I/we shall no longer have any right, entitlement and/or
interest over any property developed or managed by you and you shall have right to
sell/dispose of any such property to any other interested party not withstanding that
the refund of the investment sum to me/us is still pending.
3. I/We hereby ireevocably undertake to keep you fully indemnified against all claims,
actions and /or legal proceedings that may arise as a result of this cancellation of the
interest to invest.
4. We have paid booking fees RM 1000 on 23/3/2024. Kindly refund the booking fees
