For assembling you need the following tools: Utility knife or Hobby knife Glue ‘you will need it to cut the parts aut and to crease We recommend to use VINVL PATTEX glue (type thebendiines. VINAVIL). VINYL PATTEX (type VINAVIL) is safe and user-friendly, Ruler ‘Aruleris needed tocutthe parts outand to crease the bend lines evenly Werecommendtousea20to30.cmlong metal ruler. Brush \With the brush you will spread a very thin ayer of glue on the flap and then press the parts together. The amount of glue should be small, covering the entire surface, utnot coming out fromthe spiceafter the partsare joined together. You can practice on waste pieces of cardboard let after the ports are cut out. Please, remembertorinse your brush inworm water, otherwise the glue on the brush wil dry with time, undermining the glue spreading process. Anyway, you can, seany other methadof spreading gluecsyou like. SurfaceforGlue For convenience squeeze some glue on the prepared surface to make dipping of your brush into glue convenient. If you can not print out the flat drawing on cardboard, then after printing it onregular paper you need to transfer the parts to the cardboard. Two Methods of Parts Transfer: 1, Put the paper sheet with the parts printed on it on the cardboard and cut the parts out together with the cardboard. Before doing this, please, fix the paper sheet on the cardboard with the sticky tape. 2. Apply the printed paper on the cardboard, and, using a needle make punches in all corners of the parts, this way transferring the corner points to the cardboard. Then cut the parts out by these points. This method allows to preserve the printed paper sheets for using in future. Cardboard Better use coloured construction paper. Itis selling in craft shops. Grammiage of the cardboard should be 240g atleast. Glue Better use VINYL PATTEX glue (type VINAVIL) from DIY stores. The most convenient way is to squeeze some glue on the prepared surface, and then take glue from this surface with a brush, spreading it on the flaps. Then press the parts together and keep under pressure for 7 to 10 seconds until the glue sets. Spread glue in a very thin layer. If you put more glue of the flap, the cardboard will get soaked, and drying will take too much time, and as you join the parts, the glue will come out of the splice. We strongly recommend to avoid printing on a glossy surface. The lines printed on a glossy surface will smear as they contact with glue.
