⮚ Receiving:- 1) Material:- Before receiving checking material condition and part code.
After receiving :- We check whether the movement of the material is being done correctly and the material is being placed
at the right location.
RPL :- If some content is visible in “RPL” Then clearing it.
GR Control :- To clear the gr and handover the quality team and sample quality team. If some material short has come, post
it short and making his batch after clearing GR.
VTAT :- To manage or maintain the time:- How long did it take for the vehicle to come inside and outside and along with
how much time it took for the vehicle to be empty. As well as the window timing sheet is managed.
Supply:- 1) point shop supply:- Managing chesis supply in point shop. Clecking wheter chesis is available or not for point
shop supply and as well as to manage that there is no rusty parts, if it is , the clean it and supply to the point.
Kitting Supply:- Managing fual tank and madguard kitting supply as well as making shortage and if any part not available,
bager and provide it for supply.
Consumable parts:- 1) Diesel and oil:- Managing oil, diesel supply. If a machine it not working so inform the maintenance
team. Taking dip of diesel and oil. As well as managing house keeping on diesel and oil tanks.
Paint & chemical store:- Managing paint & chemical supply as well as managing housekeeping on paint & chemical store.
Creating shortage and if there is no paint and chemical so inform and highlight to the buyer.
Audit:- 1) FiFO Audit
2) MSDS Audit
3)T.S Audit
4)5.s Audit
Inventery & P.I :- In inventory and pi managing actual stock & sap stock.
