SECTION 3
COMPENSATIONS AND BENEFITS

3.0 Eligibility for Benefits.

The term 'ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEE' used in the following sections of this manual
refers to full-time employees unless the designated term is

3.3.12 Leave of Absence.

An employee can request a personal leave without pay from the company, this is not
covered by the Medical and Family Leave Act. The company cannot guarantee
keep any position for a maximum of three months. Any request for

During a closure or lack of work, the company may require an employee to take
a leave of absence without pay. The length of leaves of absence, initiated by the
