Hot gas Path inspection in Gas turbines.
• Carried out mechanical seal flushing as per the seal plan, Lube Oil/diesel Flushing, lube oil
sampling, coupling hub offset with shaft, solo run, laser alignment checks with piping, test run,
borescope inspection.
• Initial alignment prior to release for piping, final alignment prior to motor solo run, direction of
rotation and vibration and temperature check.
• Read P&ID, Isometric drawings, verify for above/underground piping, Chemical cleaning,
Mechanical clearance, Air blowing, Steam blowing, Service blowing, card board blasting, hydro
milling,hydro jetting and testing like (hydro/pneumatic/nitrogen Hilum).Blinding, Deblending,Box
up
• Witness visual internal inspection of vessels, columns such as demisters, column trays, tray
support, distributor etc
• Punch list prepares for all kind of rotating equipment’s.
• Punch listing incomplete work and expedite punching out.
• Attend meetings directed by Project Manager.
