My utmost heartfelt greetings to our highly respected Academic

Director Dr. Jocelyn SJ. Dulap, parents, faculty, staff, and most importantly
to my fellow completers, greetings to each and every one of you on this
glorious day. Today we are gathered here to witness the batch ’23- ‘24’s
Moving Up Ceremony of the Grade 10 completers in this institution. The
day we take a minute to reflect on our progress, growth, and the
experiences and memories we have created together over our junior high
school career.

This academic year has been, if I may use one word to

characterize it, tough. This school year was challenging in a way that set it
apart from the others, particularly when it came to adjusting to the new
lessons, which I'm sure most of us found extremely difficult. However, we
also showed incredible persistence and resolve in seizing chances when
they presented themselves. Our bravery, skills, and confidence were put
to the test as we forced ourselves to accept change while simultaneously
struggling against obstacles.

To my fellow completers, the future is truly in our hands,

therefore there's no need to be afraid of what it might bring. Even while
we have no control over the emergence of adversities like the sudden
increase in these obstacles, we do have the ability to provide answers. We
are, in fact, the hope that this broken world needs. Thus, let us use our iron
wills as a weapon in order to combat and try to impede the advancement
of our future.

I hereby speak on behalf of the class of 2023–2024 grade 10

graduates. I warmly welcome you all to this moving up ceremony! We are
not splitting up for no reason—some of us may still be in senior high
school together, while others may enroll in other schools of their choosing.
Different aspirations lead us to different placrs that we want to be on
sometime in life in the same way as BTS members who are turning their
faces into various directions as they choose different solo career paths.
Once again, welcome and have a good day!
