new students and student organization officers.
ACTIVITY
Description: The “Acquaintance Party and Induction Program” is a school-initiated
co-curricular activity designed to welcome both new and returning
students while officially recognizing and inducting the newly elected
officers of the Faculty, Parents and Teachers Association and various
student organizations . The event takes inspiration from the Hawaiian
theme "Aloha," symbolizing love, peace, and unity—values that reflect
the school's commitment to building a friendly and inclusive learning
environment.
This festive and meaningful occasion features social interaction activities,
creative performances, and leadership induction rites. It aims to foster
camaraderie, strengthen interpersonal bonds among learners, and instill a
sense of responsibility and belongingness within the School and the
stakeholders and its student body. Through this celebration, the school
encourages holistic development by supporting both academic and co-
curricular excellence.
Objectives: 1. To welcome new students and foster camaraderie among the
student body.
2. To provide a venue for socialization and personality development
in a fun and safe environment.
3. To formally induct newly elected Faculty Officers, Parents and
Teachers Association Officers, and Student leaders’ organization
officers.
4. To promote active involvement in co-curricular activities aligned
with the school’s vision and mission.
HIGHLIGHTS
The activity commenced with a warm Hawaiian-themed welcome featuring leis and tropical
decorations. Teachers, Parents, Visitors and Learners came in Aloha-inspired attire, enhancing
the festive spirit.

Induction Ceremony:
Oath-taking of Teachers Organization, Parents and Teachers Association, and Student
government and organization officers
Acquaintance Party Proper:
Kikilo NNHS Learners Unity Dance
Giving of Special Awards
Dance and socialization hour
Closing remarks
RESULTS/ OUTPUTS
The event successfully achieved its objectives. New students felt welcomed and integrated,
while Teachers and Parent Organization and Student leaders were formally recognized and
motivated to carry out their responsibilities. The activity promoted unity, self-confidence, and
active participation among learners and its stakeholders.
