The sound pressure level (dBA) as furnished here are not guaranteed due to several uncertainties; the surface reflectivity, number of such surfaces, etc. plays a role and other than a
testing lab, the reflectivity of the surface cannot be ascertained. The actual sound pressure will depend on many factors of the installed environment (which cannot be predicted).

1 The above offer is for the supply of the above fans only.
2 Any Installation & Commissioning are not included in the above offer.
3 The prices are for the basic fan only. No accessories such as inlet guard, vibration isolators, flexible canvas, gravity louvers etc. are included in the above prices.
4 The above prices are Ex Works, Bawal basis. GST @ 18% shall be extra on the above prices.
5 Delivery Period: 10-12 weeks from the date of confirmed order along with agreed advance & manufacturing clearance.
6 Warranty
All goods shall carry our standard warranty for a period of 12 month from the date of commissioning Or 15 months from the date of Supply whichever ends earlier.
7 Payment Terms
The following payment terms shall apply
30% As advance along with the order.
Balance 70% againt PDC of readiness, along with Manufacturing clearance.
8 Offer Validity
This offer is valid for 30 days only.
Storage Charges : A storage charge shall be applicable on all orders beyond seven days from the date of intimation of the readiness of the order, @ 0.5% of the order value, every seven

days, up to a maximum of 5%.
E Way Bill : Effective February 1st, 2018, as per the GST act, E Way bills shall be applicable for all orders above Rs. 50,000/-. In case we are required to generate the E-waybill, a directive

from the customer would be required as part of the purchase order.
