would like to explore the possibility of a partnership between our
companies.

The products to be purchased in the proposed transaction would be
substantially as follows:

Quantity For trial order: 100
tons Monthly shipment: 500
tons
For annual order: 500tons/ month ; 6,000 tons / year (+_5%).
Price Clause: LME -15%. On the day of arrival at the
port/warehouse, refer to the LME trading price and decrease by
15%.
Trade terms: Bonded warehouse or FOB or FCA
Terms of Payment: Letter of Credit, TT
