Mat 28”19 – 20
Theme: THE IMPOSSIBLE TASK
Intro.
(had not
been invented.) Ito ay mukhang imposible mangyari.
But on July 20, 1969, Neil Armstrong stepped onto the moon and gave his famous line,
“One small step for man, one giant leap for mankind.”
gawain. The world is open for business 24 hours a day, yet 24 percent of the world lives on
less than a dollar a day. More than 32 percent of the gross world product is related to the
“structures of sin” (Money laundering, gambling, organized crime, drug trafficking,
pornography, sex trade). But Islam is challenging Christianity at every turn.

To reach a world that is spinning out of control, we must be committed to the

task of introducing the gospel to all people who have never heard. How can we
accomplish what sometimes feels impossible?

I. See with the eyes of faith

A. A person with faith in God always has a positive outlook.
at sinabi, Ating akyating paminsan, at ating ariin; sapagka't kaya
nating lupigin.
Heb
11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of
things not seen.
B. We need to live by faith so, we can do the things the Lord asks us to
do.
Ito ang reminder ni Isaiah 43:10 “You are witnesses,” declares the Lord,
and my servant whom I have chosen, so that you may know and believe Me
and understand that I am He. Before Me no god was formed, nor will there
be one after Me.”
Sapagka’t walang
imposible sa Diyos. Luk 18:27 And he said, The things which are impossible
with men are possible with God. Walang mahirap sa Diyos na hindi kayang
gawin.

II. Touch with the heart of compassion.

Mar 1:40 At
kanyang sarili na mag testify about Jesus.
A. He was filled with compassion.
1. First, He turned to see the leper.
2. Secondly, he listened to the leper.
3. Thirdly, He was willing touch the leper. The Greek word for compassion is
derived from the word for intestine, suggesting His stomach went into a
knot when He saw the leper. Pag walang pagsusumidhi, walang passion.
B. We must do what Jesus did. Compassion is about helping people become
who they were always meant to be: Minahal ng Diyos ang taong may ketong
C. Jesus touched a leper who was considered an outcast and broke the
Jewish law to exhibit compassion. Because of his gracious mercy, many of
the Jews were angry with Him. If we follow His example, we will be committed
to taking a risk to exhibit compassion.

III. Never quit even when it looks impossible

Ang pariralang ito, "Never quit even when it looks impossible," emphasizes
the importance of perseverance and determination in the face of adversity.”
A. We can do all things with truth and not just with words.
Charles Spurgeon once said, “One man says, ‘I will do as much as I can.’
Bawat isa maari nating sabihin ito. But he that believes in Christ does what he
cannot do, attempts the impossible, and performs it.”
B. We cannot stop because one day we will meet the One who never stops - He is
Jesus Christ...Ang paglilingkod ay walang retirement.
C. Jesus continues to call people to fulfill His Great Commission.
1. Some are called to pray.
2. Some are called to preach.
3. Some are called to pay.

CONCLUSION
God will not ask you to give what you do not have, but He will frequently ask you to
give what you would like to keep. You do what is possible, and God will do what is
impossible.
Great Is The Lord
Great is the Lord and most worthy of praise
The city of our God, the holy place
The joy of the whole earth

Great is the Lord in whom we have the victory

He aids us against the enemy
We bow down on our knees

And Lord, we want to lift your name on high

And Lord, we want to thank You for the works You've done
in our lives
And Lord, we trust in Your unfailing love
For You alone, our God eternal
Throughout earth in heavens above
