Preparation for coating
Before use check the resistance of the rollers and make sure the machine is clean to avoid any mixing of products.
Always test before use.
Application method
Narrow Web Inline, Rotogravure, Coating Unit of sheet-fed press, Flexo- unit and roller coater.
Machine speed
Machine speed must be adapted to the number, power and condition of UV lamps and substrate to ensure full curing of the
coating film.
Drying/Curing
Curing must be checked regularly! An uncured film may lead to migration of substances into the package contents.
Cleaning
Clean the machine and other equipment with acetate or alcohol after use.
Stacking properties
Check the pile in the delivery regularly to assess the degree of curing, the temperature and the flatness of the sheets.
Converting
Always carry out pre-tests.

Storage and transport
Should not be transported in temperatures below 0°C.
ADR is required.
